We’ve had them put in light fixtures and put in a ton of lighting in our dark basement. They also put in a doorbell. Everything was done at a reasonable price and they are super responsive! An outlet they put in broke a year in and they rushed out and fixed it for free. We will continue to use them for our future electrical needs.

I've had Urban Electric do two different projects at our house. They installed ceiling led slim microdisk's in my home office & in our living room. Where there wasn't any ceiling light's before. They also changed out a light fixture in our mud room, with another led slim microdisk. Which ended up really lighting up all of the room's much better & more enjoyable to be in. Compared to all the lamps we had to have on to see in those room's. The employee that was sent out was Caleb. He was very nice and professional, attention to detail and knowledgeable of his trade. Which i respected very much. We need more tradesman like him in the Blue Collar world.

Last week our house had lost half of it's power supply. I called Urban Electric for assistances. I was happy that they were here so fast & that they sent Caleb again. Within forty five minutes they were here & diagnose the problem. One of the two power leg's supply line to the house was down. OPPD showed up while Caleb was still here. He informed the representative of what the power problem was. After the OPPD representative did his own diagnose. He agreed with Caleb's findings.

In the future if i have another need for a electrician. There is no doubt i will be calling Urban Electric for all my needs.

I recently had the pleasure of having Urban Electric scheduled to come out to inspect my breaker panel due to a faint buzzing sound. They had me scheduled to show up at my house at 2:00 p.m. on a Thursday, but we're able to come earlier because I work from home and they had completed their other jobs early. They thoroughly checked through my breaker box and made any necessary adjustments to it that were needed. They also replaced one of my breakers. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with what was happening with my breaker box. I would definitely recommend Tom, Cindy, and the crew at Urban Electric if you need electrical work done.

Hendrick and his partner did a amazing job very professional and communicated well. These guys went above and beyond. I will definitely refer and use Urban Electric again if I ever need Electrical work done in the future. Thankyou very much for the great work.

I just wanted to share that the dispatch employee, Cindy, made the whole experience personal and seamless. I felt like I was kept in the loop and everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully from the moment they took on the job until the end. My electricians, Hendricks and Seth, was really professional and worked diligently in restoring power to my home. They went above and beyond for my family and I today. I can't thank them enough!

These people are wonderful to work with Cindy is on the ball and gets things scheduled and gets your service taken care of right away. What I waited for over a month with another company urban electric had done with in less than 36 hours. And all while I was out of the country on vacation.

I know most people like these guys but I had a terrible experience with them. The owner would get exasperated if you tried to negotiate on the price, he forgot the price he actually negotiated, they ended up doing the work but it was sloppy, and they made it seem like I was burdening them to work on my house. It was honestly a terrible experience and I would not recommend that anyone work with them. The actual panel they put in is not a clean install and everyone there seemed annoyed to be working on my place even though I gave them over a months heads up. There are way better electricians in Omaha -- I actively recommend my friends against using this company and would recommend the same for you.
