This place has the best service in town by far, they got here within 2 hours of me calling in an urgent situation, fixed my system no problem, and even explained to me how to fix it again and left a part to fix it again if needed.

Josh was the on-site tech and did a great job! We purchased a new Rheem 4 ton A/C from Ideal, Brian and Corwin, in July 2021. We orginally thought the problem issue was related to the A/C. It was not. We retained our old furnace as it was in good shape when the new A/C was installed. Turns out the problem was a bad condenser in the furnace blower fan. Easy fix, but not easily found. Josh went through his diagostic checks, found the bad condenser and replaced it all in under 2 hours. He explained thoughly the process, our options and found a reasonably priced new condenser. We are very pleased Ideal's new A/C and their service support! Thank you. Brad and Lori J.

Ideal Heating & Air Conditioning has been our go to company for our geothermal units for a number of years. Josh has been our service technician. He is knowledgeable , dependable and just a great person. He goes the extra mile to make sure all of our questions are answered.

No one wants to learn that their AC compressor died in the summer. I called not expecting service to be available today. I was wrong! Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were engaging, friendly, and kind. It is evident that Ideal has built a culture based on customer service. They have a client for life now.

There was a mix up with my scheduled appointment. I was told that we were scheduled from 8-12 but they had me down for 12-4. No questions asked they sent a tech out and Josh was here within 30 mins. He did great this company does a phenomenal job and saved me $$$. Definitely recommend!
