The staff this morning were so unprofessional. My husband was in for a couple parts and the guy named Brody was guessing who was calling then putting the homeowner on speaker so everyone could hear and laughing at their questions and being flat out rude to more than likely just someone looking to give them the business to fix something in their home, in our case a furnace to keep children warm. I understand if you are wholesale only, however to berate innocent potential customers for sport is disgusting.
