.when I call to book my service appointment the receptionist was very pleasant to talk with and answered my question about installing a new thermostat she set up the first available date. The technician Carlos a very nice young man installed the thermostat and service the air conditioner. Later that day I noticed the system was not cooling but heating the house. I call and the receptionist said a technician would be at my house in the morning. Carlos return in the morning removed the thermostat and told me the new thermostat was defective. He reinstalled my old thermostat in till a get a replacement. I am very pleased the the service and professionalism of all the staff at sun country heating & cooling. John nicholas

Sun country is the best! Tries many other places and no one compares. Took the extra time to figure out why I couldn’t install my Amazon thermostat and fixed some wires on the unit itself in the garage and boom it works! Highly recommend A++++

I had heating season service with Sun Country Yesterday, and as with the prior several times they did the service at our home, had a great experience. The person who took my scheduling call was very pleasant and helpful, and I was able to schedule a very convenient appointment. The technician who came to my house, Martin, was very personable and informative, and I enjoyed talking with him.

Most places I called either didn't answer the phone or wanted to put you on a list to call back; not this place. The lady answered the phone right away and took the time to try to problem solve the issue with me over the phone. Suggested I have a tech come out which would be $55, less then what other places charge and you don't have to leave a deposit with your credit card over the phone. Told me she could get a tech out by about 4 p.m. that day as they were really busy with the summer time rush. Other places I called told me that it would be one to two days before a tech could come out. Not only that but the tech actually showed up about noon. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem before proceeding to fix it or charge anything. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again.

Aaron Breen from Sun Country heating and cooling came to fix my heater. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable. He did the diagnostic tests and figured out the problem and fix it within the hour. He cleaned up everything properly before he left. I appreciate his service and will call Sun Country again in the future.

This is easily the most honest HVAC company I've ever run into. Every experience has been with a knowledgeable tech that goes the extra mile. I might get used to hearing "while I was in there, I fixed/cleaned/adjusted..."

Donovan and Michael were knowledgable and professional techs who got my AC squared away, ASAP, and at an affordable price. Their pricing actually came out $400 less than the competitors quote which I was surprised about and they do Veteran discounts. I will be referring this company to others and will be using their services for any future HVAC needs!

I have used Sun Country multiple times and they have never failed me. Last summer my unit stopped working on a federal holiday weekend and they still got a tech out to me within 90 minutes. This year they came out right away to help me again. My unit needs replacement which I was expecting. The tech Aaron was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained everything happening with my unit and was able to arrange for the financing of a replacement. The cost was more than fair. This company is one of the most customer service-oriented companies I work with. I have given many friends their contact information. Five stars!

We were told that the men would come between 8:30 and 10 am. They showed up at 8:20. The entire process, from estimate to completion, was friendly and professional.

I looked online. The replacement equipment was top rated and the price quoted was the lowest and best price.

We don't be able to need the air conditioning for another few months. The fan blowing the heat in the house is very quiet, in fact, so quiet that we are unable to tell when it goes on and off.

Sun Country came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to someone else.

Martin was super helpful & kind. He was able to get my issue fixed in under 5 minutes & came within 30 of me calling. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone! They were honest also, which is super hard to find now a days.

Suncountry did us right had an issue with my AC unit popping the breaker so called our first company that we dealt with. They said I needed a new AC everything was going down and they wanted to charge us $6000 to replace the AC unit called Suncountry to come and give us a second opinion Cameron came to our house told him the issue. First thing he checked was the breaker and found that it had loose wires continue checking the whole unit said everything was fine within its numbers. It needs to be in and said have a great day. Since this we have not had an issue with the AC unit did not have to have it replaced. Suncountry is our go to AC repair company thank you so much son country for saving us so much money and headache.

If you're reading this review looking for AC or heating issues, congratulations, you don't need to look anymore. Choose Sun Country. I've been using them for over a decade. The workers are always polite and professional and will explain any issues. I've also dealt with them for emergencies; my air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the summer, and despite being incredibly busy they got a repair worker out to me the same day.
On top of the excellent service, the rates are also great. I can't see any reason to use anyone but Sun Country.

Found them through Trane customer service, and I will never use another company again. Fair pricing very quick and efficient and very respectful technicians. I even chose them over Aloha Air, which was the company that installed the entire system when the house was built, due to the lack of professionalism that Sun Country had.

Patrick and Michael showed up quick. Which I love that.They were Very Nice and Polite and did what I asked with a smile on their face. My air is running Fabulous. I just love this company ,and the people that they choose to work for them. I have a very old unit and can't afford a brand new one and they just keep it Running for me. Thank you soooo much Sun Country and to All your employees that make it happen.

Finally time to replace our AC unit which amazingly lasted us 31 years! After meeting with multiple air-conditioning contractors around the valley was very grateful to finally find Sun country. Just purchased the new air conditioning and heating system from them. Incredibly happy with the service and the company couldn’t recommend them enough!

A/C went out around 4pm in the hottest part of the afternoon so I called Sun Country. They had their technician Aaron here within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and did the repair. Wonderful customer service.

Carlos, our technician, was polite, informative and very capable. Staff like Carlos is why I faithfully use Sun Country.

Amazing company, Our biggest thanks goes out to Art and his crew for doing an outstanding job, they took the time to walk me through the issues and necessary repairs. Very professional and the customer service was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we are good to go for the summer, now my A/C unit is running like a dream in this Vegas heat. Highly recommended!!
