Very good company did my yard very quick and personal, the workers are very nice. I would highly recommend this company.

Cleaned up palms, trimmed shrubs and took out pesky desert weed/tree with stump. Good job!

Unfortunately, I tried using them for basic yard clean-up a couple of times a month. The quote seemed too good to be true, and it appears it was. The initial service went fine. I even pre-paid for the first month. After a month of not hearing from anyone, I called and they came to perform 1 of the 2 services I pre-paid for. They haven't been back since. Numerous calls and txts, many promises of "be there tomorrow" and "running late, but we're coming today", but no one shows up. When I call the office, they're usually "in a meeting", and I'm told I'm rude for not understanding that things come up. I have no idea what came up, since no one bothered to alert me that they won't be able to make it. All I get are empty promises. Lesson learned.

UPDATE: According to the reply they left on my Yelp review, there have been "Hostile or abusive language when speaking to an Johnson's tree service employee. Threats of violence, foul language, and targeted insults were used in a few recent voicemail messages and phone calls." These are lies. Neither of their lines are set up for voicemail, so I couldn't have left one hostile or otherwise. There were no threats of violence, foul language or targeted insults. As for the refund, Eddie called me within minutes of this review being posted and offered the refund. Shortly after sending it, he then requested my honest review be taken down in multiple txts and phone calls. Thought about it, but since they want to fight honesty with lies and slander, this review will now be on every site I can find.
