I just had Matthew Lawrence from 1-Tom-Plumber come out to Sugar Bowl for an urgent evaluation and repair of my friends' kitchen sink. He was courteous, comprehensive and fully transparent about what needed to be done. I am thrilled that all is getting taken care of by a consummate professional.

We recently moved into South Lake Tahoe and needed to replace our old kitchen faucet. Jason came in and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Our plumbing situation was a bit of a mess—looks like the previous landlord had done some DIY work—but Jason handled it with ease. He worked carefully and didn’t damage any of the existing pipes, even with the tricky setup. He was in and out in about 30 minutes, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

He also saved us around $400 by working with a special part from our old faucet instead of replacing the whole system. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable.

Overall, a great experience. We’re so glad we found him and would definitely recommend Jason to anyone needing plumbing help in the Tahoe area!

So thankful to 1 Tom Plumber and Matt L. After hiring a different plumbing company last week who couldn't clear the clog in the main drain and left an absolute mess when they left, and then having to deal with a horrible, ineffective home warranty company for our recently purchased condo, Matt restored our faith that there are good companies and employees out there who truly want to help their customers. Our issue wasn't an easy fix and Matt persevered, informing us throughout the process what the issues were, explaining everything along the way. He was kind, professional, and patient, answering all questions asked of him. He did an amazing job (loved being able to see what was happening in the drains with the camera to see the before/after views), got our drains fixed and working (after being unable to shower/use the bathroom in over 10 days!) and cleaned up after his work. Matt is an asset to your company. We will definitely call 1 Tom Plumber for all of our plumbing needs as well as recommend them to all of our friends who are in need of plumbing services.

Matt is the man! He was incredibly helpful when I discovered a broken pipe under our home . He recommended the best course of action and got the problem straightened out in a short amount of time. 10/10
