Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. Their customer service is top-tier and it's been a pleasure to work with them getting supplies for our home remodel. I've appreciated their help a lot!

Had an issue with a boiler I installed a few months ago, faulty part from the manufacturer. When I called granite group I spoke to Cody. He helped me get the parts I needed and helped me get my customer up and running! Cody provided a high level of customer service and I really appreciate his help and appreciate granite group for putting people like him on their front lines.
