Sadly I was victim of the Bristol Township flooding that took place July 2021. I called him in a panic during the event as I was having sewage pour into my basement. Sadly he was not able to help because it was the townships issue and he could not stop it. BUT he didn’t just leave and say sorry. He did try all he could outside and in my drain. I know he didn’t fix it but he tried and tried all while his phone was blowing up! I have saved his number on my phone and if have any issues going forward will use him again! Thank you Sean for your help in a horrible situation.

I can not say enough how pleased I am with the service I received from Thomas Plumbing. They were on time, very professional and very friendly. Even more so, they explained to me the problem and gave me possible outcomes BEFORE doing the work. They kept my home neat and clean and did a great clean up job afterwards. Highly recommend Kip and Jordan. I noticed water stains on my ceiling that got progressively worse over the course of the week. I called up Thomas Plumbing & Heating one morning and Kip got right back to me and visited my home with Jordan same day. Furthermore, they precisely identified the issue and immediately went right to work on repair after discussing options with me. No need to look anywhere else, use these guys!!! Tom is heaven sent! I contacted him for an emergency while he was out of office and still took the patience and time to answer and assist me during the holidays! We had a backed-up kitchen sink the day after Thanksgiving. He came out and worked to try and unclog the line, but it was too far down. He recommended a drain clearing service and his recommendation was just a good as him. These days when you have people who call themselves "Plumbers" only to rob you, it is a breath of fresh air when I happened upon a real plumber. I have passed his info onto many. He is honest and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed with him. If we ever need a plumber going forward, he will be the only one we call! Unmatched!
