Always arrive on time and provide professional, comprehensive service for many of my home appliances. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refridgerator have all been serived by Quality Appliance Service. Will not hesitiate to call again for service or recommend to anyone in the area.

I called them in the morning and by 2pm our fridge was fixed. Quick, efficient, reasonable pricing...And I like supporting a local business.

Called for a diagnostic because the washer was leaking water. Prompt same day service. And issue was resolved. Would recommend!

I am so thankful a friend of mine recommended this company to me. I was having such problems with my dishwasher and had a few companies fail to fix my machine. Rich came out on time and was able to fix my machine right away! I will definitely use Quality Appliance in the future.

This company knows what they're doing - been using them for about 8 years now.... never had a problem. They come same day or next -I know the cost of the service call and he tells me what it's going to cost to fix my machine. Doesn't get any easier. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a very knowledgeable and reliable service company.

Quality Appliance has been providing me excellent service over the last 5 years. Recently I called to have my washing machine repaired. They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It is a pleasure to deal with a business that is run so professionaly and reasonably priced.

I recently had a problem with my refrigerator. I just moved to the area and didn't know which place to call. I checked out several websites and decided on Quality Appliance. They called me back right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Rich arrived on time and was upfront about pricing. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it the same day. He even answered some of my questions about my stove. Hopefully, I won't have problems with any other appliance, but if I do, I will definitely give Quality Appliance a call.

Rich at Quality Appliance is awesome! He is quick to answer your call and shows up within a day or two. He is easy to work with, trust worthy, knowledgeable and very, very good at fixing your appliances. Once I had used another company to fix my ice maker....which worked once after they left and whom never called me back. Rich came in to try and figure out what the guy did. He would not give up! It was like a puzzle he needed to solve. I recommend Rich 100%.

I've been using Quality Appliance for years and won't use anyone else. Richard always shows up, he's polite and gets the job done. I think they charge a fair price and I have never had a problem with the work they do. In fact, Richard is so honest he told me NOT to fix my old dryer again because it wasn't worth it. He had been out twice for different issues on the dryer over the years, and after the last fix, told me it was time. He even suggested which brand dryers he thought were the best. I really trust these people! Very Dependable!

I called Quality Appliance Service on December 23rd. They came out the next day, turned on our washing machine, and immediately knew the issue. He already had the part and was able to make a quick fix. Fast and friendly service. They are worth the price. Great experience.

I would not recommend their service. Charged $100 for an assessment of the washing machine. On a call I was talled the price to come out is $79.99...Machine still does not work properly. Recommended to replace the valve as the water at the end of the cycle is coming very slowly but he did not even look at the machine and quoted $350.. really upset about the experience..

Called Quality Appliance Services in Bound Brook to help with our broken fridge ice maker due to the good reviews. It was a really bad experience because Rich had no idea what the problem was (which can happen), but then made it really clear that he didn’t care one way or another if we decided to try a part that would cost an additional $200 and he said might not work since he didn’t know what the problem was. He was unpleasant and maybe was just having a bad week, but it seemed like since he got $117 for a 10 minute evaluation, he considered that a good end result. I’ve never had an issue with the visit charge because nobody’s time and expertise should be for free but I've also never seen someone who cared less to help. I wouldn’t give them another chance.

They installed a new engine for my dishwasher, and it worked for only 9 months. Average expectancy of an engine is 7-10 years, but their warranty only covers repairs for 90 days. I cannot recommend this company.
