Amazing price, amazing customer service, and amazing job done!

My heater wasn't working, so I called Maxie and within a few hours was back up and running. Chris was professional and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Thank you.

Chris is there for you when you need him. I had an issue and he was on the phone with me that morning at 7:45am and had his crew here at my house by 8:30am. He is dependable and fairly priced.

We needed a new A/C and Maxie Heating and Cooling gave us a free estimate. They came in the next day and installed a new unit in our attic in the blistering hot weather. Very professional and cleanliness crew.

Chris and his crew are determined professionals. Our heat wasn't working and I called Maxie heating, they came by and gave me a quote. After 4 visits and more parts repaired the problem was finally resolved. They never gave up, they were determined to fix the problem instead of giving up and charging extra. I can't express how much we appreciate their business. We're keeping them on our favorites list.

Chris and his crew just finished up my oil to gas conversion in my home and I could not be happier with the finished product. Chris is courteous and prompt in terms of returning phone calls and getting me the estimate I asked for, which is a complete 180 from the other contractors that I had called to look at and estimate the project for me. And, not to mention that they were very reasonable for the amount of work that they performed. They did a nice neat, clean job and I would definitely reccommend them to others for all HVAC needs.

Maxie installed a gas furnace and central AC units for our home’s 1st and 2nd floors in Mickleton, NJ. We got 3 bids total, Chris Maxie’s was the best value and he was able to start within a week. It was a 4 day job, and the guys were on time every day and finished in the timeframe they gave us. Bonus: they love dogs :)

Refreshing to finally deal with a professional and friendly company that provides excellent customer service. The crew was quick to come out, diagnosis my problem and show me what happened to my AC unit.

In the dead of summertime our 6 year old system went bad. Called 3 local contractors with Maxie heating and cooling being one of them. 2 of them seemed more interested in just selling, Maxie was more interested in finding the problem on why my unit didn't last that long with a new construction house. Before talking about needing new equipment he looked at the layout of the existing equipment and diagnosed a few flaws that were overlooked. they could have slapped a new system in and in 6 years would have the same problem but they didn't.

His guys installed a new heater and ac with new drain lines and condensate pump properly routed! they looked to see how the thermostat was installed, as it just cant go anywhere in the house and him telling me this made a HUGE difference.

they are now set up to check my equipment yearly, they have a customer for life. if you want a honest company, pick maxie and do it once.

This company is very professional , prompt, and affordable. These will be my guys from now on!! The owner Chris came out as soon as I called talked me through all of the options that I had. My air conditioning broke in the middle of a heat wave. I got quotes from 4 different companies, and Maxie Heating and Cooling was able to do the job the soonest and with extremely competitive pricing. They even provided me with window units until the job was done and actually ended up finishing earlier than originally estimated. As a single female and first-time home owner who knows nothing about HVAC, I was very afraid of getting taken advantage of. I felt so at east with this company and trust that they treated my home like they would theirs. Chris was always very responsive and I couldn't have had a better experience.

Had a hard time getting an HVAC company to even call back. Maxie called back immediately and came out within a couple of days. I now have them work exclusively on my home and my shore house. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Maxie Heating & Cooling replaced our boiler in 2018. Chris Maxie was extremely knowledgeable about which equipment was best for our home. He and his workers were neat and efficient doing the job. The system has performed flawlessly and we have saved in heating costs. I highly recommend Maxie Heating & Cooling for heating and cooling needs.

Seriously so grateful for Maxie HVAC today they came out right away and fixed our AC on one of the hottest days of the year we are so thankful!

Had an issue with an A/C until that Chis and his team installed a few years ago. They called back right away and we agreed for them to stop out this morning to take a look. In a few minutes they diagnosed a defective part and swapped it out quickly under warranty. Always friendly, professional, clean and quick. Very pleased!

We needed a new heater at the coldest time of the year, of course. Chris Maxie was very nice, professional, and was able to squeeze us in. Work was done quickly and neatly. Heater is running great and his prices beat everyone else. I’d definitely recommend Maxie Heating to anyone!

When I called, I scheduled my appointment to fix my furnace for the next day. I was called to see if they could come out the same night which I appreciated because I had no heat. Joe came the next day at my scheduled time and was very professional and knowledgeable about my furnace. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable compared to what other companies offered. If I have any further problems I will be using this company again!!!!

We initially called for a estimate just to replace our central A/C. After Chris came out and explained both my furnace and A/C were 22 years old it would be best to replace them both at the same time.

We couldn’t of afforded to pay for the whole system out of pocket but Chris offered us 84 months 0% APR financing because we are a SJ Gas customer. His guys did a excellent job installing it and it’s worked great all summer.

Chris Maxie and this guys are the best around! I called Chris to come look at my air conditioner as it was making a noise and the fan was not spinning. I had no idea what was wrong with it but he knew what it was right away. He had the part I needed on his truck and was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes. If you are looking for someone to replace or maintain your heater or air conditioner, Maxie Heating and Cooling is the company you want to contact! He are very fast with their response time and very knowledgeable. Chris will be able to address and questions or concerns you my have. I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them again!
