Azik came out today to repair my Miele refrigerator and the service was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very respectful, and knew exactly what needed to be done. The repair was done efficiently and the fridge is cooling perfectly again.

GalaMixx – Service Review

I had a service call with GalaMixx, and David was the technician who assisted me. He first called to inform me that he would be able to come on Friday. I asked if there was any chance he could come earlier, and he said he would check his schedule. The very next day, he called back and arranged to come on Thursday, which I truly appreciated.

David arrived exactly on time, just as promised. He worked very diligently, changed the defective parts, and did his best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, because a valve was broken, I was unable to fully test the washer that same day. When I replaced the valve the next day, I realized the washer still was not working.

I called David again, and he immediately scheduled another visit for the following day. He tried everything possible, but in the end, the washer could not be fixed.

Even though the outcome was not what we hoped for, I want to emphasize that David is extremely polite, has excellent work ethics, and is very dedicated. He does not give up easily and truly cares about doing his job well. I greatly appreciated his honesty, effort, and professionalism.

Galamixx provided amazing service! Their technician came out and fixed my Viking stove and range quickly and professionally. The diagnosis was accurate, the repair was done on the first visit, and everything is working perfectly now. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable team.
