Jean installed a 42,000 BTU mini-split system with four zones in my home. This was a substantial project, but he handled it from start to finish. He ordered all necessary parts, had them delivered, and started working on it the next day. For my second-floor bedroom, dining room, home office, and basement, he installed three separate 12,000 BTU zones - one for each area. He also made a hole in the cinderblock to run electrical and piping. Additionally, he added an electrical subpanel in my basement and an emergency circuit breaker.

The technician was clearly flabbergasted by the subpar work, which is unacceptable. I had to spend a lot of money fixing these errors, which should never have happened if the job was done right in the first place. It's better to hire someone competent from the start to avoid the hassle and expense of a botched installation.
