After getting six estimates, we moved forward with ICS. We had a great experience with our installation - two heat pumps and two high efficiency furnaces. It was a complex install and the team overcame several challenges. Along the way they kept me informed about what was going on. The systems have been up and running for about a week now and we're thrilled!

Highly recommend ICS. After we moved into our 60-year-old house, we solicited four quotes to replace the 20-year-old HVAC system. We were interested in heat pumps, but had many questions as we weren’t sure if heat pumps are suitable for our house. All the other providers pooh-poohed the idea (tough for retrofits, NJ is too cold). Chris took time to educate us and gave us high confidence in a solution that includes a heat pump based on his experience installing many such systems. Moreover, Chris was the only one to perform a load calculation and, incorporating the data from an energy audit, proposed a solution smaller than the existing system. This resulted in a quote 25% less expensive than the nearest competitor (and will also deliver lower operating costs). The entire shopping experience was very consultative without high-pressure sales tactics (one other guy pressed us to sign a contract the night he came to provide a quote, even calling “his manager” to offer special incentives that expired at midnight, like the worst car dealership stereotype). Chris answered our many questions, always within hours. ICS identified several rebates and helped us secure financing with PG&E. Installation was professionally completed in two days without issue, and ICS facilitated final inspection and provided the permit. Even after the install was done, they found another rebate, surprising us with another $1000 savings. I highly recommend ICS, ESPECIALLY if you have interest in heat pumps.

From initial consultation to planning and finally to installation, working with Integrate Comfort Systems was seamless. For part of the job, they had to work in about a 12inch width of space (between two houses) and not once did they give an excuse that the project couldn't be accomplished due to the tight working conditions. I highly recommend choosing ICS.
