I used Nasso Electric twice. I needed outlets moved around throughout a new office. Both times they called before coming. The technician explained what he was going to do before doing it and offered choices and potential alternatives, which I found helpful. What make it 5 stars is that when I needed to talk the owner he was accessible and every time I called, the phone was answered, sometimes by the owner.

Nasso electric was awesome. I am so impressed with Karen, Otis, and Manny. Karen was able to schedule asap. Otis and Manny arrived promptly and fixed the problem. Will definetly be a repeat customer

Weeks ago I had someone come to my house to look at my issue. I have no electricity going to my garage. the line corroded. Someone came and told my son he would call. A week later no one called. I called them and I received a follow up from the possibly the owner? He apologized and said the tech that came to the house was out on sick leave. Or something to that effect. So I guess if the tech is sick no one gets back to you. The tech called me the next day and apologized and said he would call me back the next day with an estimate and let me know when he could do the job. It's been 3 weeks now and I have not heard back. Wow what a way to do business. Living on fair Lawn I'll of course be sure to recommend them to all the people I know.
