Update: Mike and Sandra remedied the situation and I am very pleased with the results.

Original: I initially left this review on their internal website hoping to hear back from someone and discuss but its been over a week and radio silence. Booking with Mike was amazing and super seamless. Yolanda and her partner were also nice but the cleaning didn't go as well as I hoped. I wasn't initially notified when the provider showed up to start the cleaning, so I thought they were a no-show, but that was quickly remedied with a call to Mike who got me an update within minutes. When I arrived to do the final walkthrough I noticed a lot of spaces weren't fully/thoroughly cleaned. This is odd because my door was locked and the providers were in the process of returning my key to its original spot when I pulled up, so I could only assume they thought they were done with the service. When booking, I was very specific that I needed a move-in clean on a vacant apartment and was assured that the quote I received was all-inclusive for things like the insides of cabinets, appliances, and full top-to-bottom dusting. During my final inspection, everything looked and smelled wonderful on the surface but I was a bit disappointed that the inside of the fridge, oven, and microwave still looked dirty. Yolanda assured me that they were cleaned but then offered to take another pass at it which took over an hour. So that leads me to believe they weren't cleaned in the first place but I ultimately appreciate her for taking the extra time to remedy the situation. I also took her word for the dusting of the baseboards and ceiling but after closer inspection, I realized not all rooms got enough attention and Yolanda had already left at that point. Ultimately I ended up re-cleaning EVERYTHING myself. I was happy with the pricing of the service initially, but with all the little hiccups and extensive due diligence I had to do on my end, I'm not too sure.

The two ladies came to do the cleaning job for our 3 br apt for moving cleaning. The ladies first are very nice. Willing to listen to our opinion. did very good jobs. We were satisfied with their job. Specially I want to point, they cleaned completely to our one of bathtubes with rust staining all over. shortly, we like their job.

I really loved the cleaning and peoplein clensy cleaning are super nice! I was moving out still having some stuffs and had to ask for details such as coming early in the morning to pick up my keys and cleaning as what I asked for! They did the perfect job I asked for!! Refrigerator cleaning, doing the dishes, cleaning the sofa and they even organized my stuffs for moving out! They made sure everything was done as I said in detailed manner! Super helpful and super nice people!!

Wow! Just wow! Angelica did the most amazing job during a move-in move out clean! I had two other services come in and do a mediocre job and charge me a similar price. Will not be using anybody but them going forward! If you were debating, whether or not to hire a cleaner, do it, it makes all the difference

I never do this but, this is my 2nd time leaving a review. I came home from a long day at work to a beautifully clean apartment. Daniela is my girl — she’s superb! Love her! My family and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I had a great Experience. They cleaned my whole house and gave me the best price out of all the company's I called or have worked with.
The owner(think his name was Michael) was very accommodating when I called him about the clean up and the maid Rosa was very sweet and cleaned the house very quickly. I will be using them again and would recommend.

Aside from having a very pleasant demeanor, my housekeeper is willing to tackle any job I set forth and she takes pride in her work to boot!
