Nik was amazing to work with. Very responsive, very friendly and professional. His crew did an amazing job, worked very hard, showed up o time and thoroughly cleaned the job site when done. The price was far less than other contractors for high quality work. I definitely recommend Nik!!!

Great experience with this contracting company! The team fixed my entire foundation under the front of my house. They poured footings, foundation, laid cinder blocks and covered with stucco. Nik was professional, reasonable and punctual. Did a beautiful job! I highly recommend and plan to use again in the future.

We are selling our 100 year old home. A structural inspection revealed problems with the main support beam.
Per the report - This were the problems and solutions
1. 6x8 Main Beam End Bearing Repair.
Solution: Needed a new grout base, which was professionally done without disturbing a steam pipe drilled by another contractor through the main support beam.
2. 6x8 Main Beam Splice Over Column
Solution: a tie plate was installed on each side of the beam.
3. Adjustable Jack Post Removal and Joist Reinforcing.
Two joists located along the rear of the house are damaged and improperly repaired.
Solution: This was tricky since at least two other contractors had done "repairs" on this section of the house. Krr installed proper joists and also replaced a previous temporary support.

Nik explained in clear terms what he was going to do, then did the work in a professional manner. He left the work area clean.

KRR Nick team did an astounding job with fixing up the garage and sidewalk, fantastic communication and pricing and simply put a really wonderful experience throughout, highly recommend for anyone as they are the pinnacle of their craft.

I had a serious foundation issue that had to be addressed. KRR was recommended, due to the severity of the damage and limited access. Nik arrived promptly at his appointment. His knowledge and experience was evident from the start. He explained all structural issues and what had to be done to correct them. I would highly recommend Nik and KRR.

October 2023:
Thank you again for all of the great work you do. I know that this summer I was planning to do the pavers in the back yard but my wife wanted a new laundry room and this was a good decision. She loves the new closets and floor tiles. She specially loves the subway tile with the glass tile accent on the wall behind the washer and dryer.

The pavers will have to wait until next summer 🙂

February 2023:
I have been using KRR General Contractor for over 6 years. I first used them to do a new patio/pergola with brick columns and stonework and they did such a great job that when I wanted to add a room on top of my garage, they were the first ones that I thought of. The job consisted of removing the old roof, framing the new room, doing the new roof and adding siding. When the town inspector came to do the inspection, he was so impressed with the work that he told me “you better keep this contractor”.

Two years ago, my brother in law wanted to finish his basement and I recommended KRR. The work was done on time and within budget. After the work was finished, my brother in law was so happy that he told me that he should have done it years ago.

This summer I am planning to do a brick fireplace and pavers in the backyard and I will definitely call KRR. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

KRR is a full service contractor with a solid and dependable team. We engaged with them first to deliver some concreting work in our basement after delays with previous contractors.

Nikk and his team really stepped up and delivered for us. We were able to complete the project on time and to a really high spec. Nikk has a keen attention to detail and always wants to do the kind of work that will last. because he has a permanent crew, he's able to work with speed and efficiency and this made a real difference to us.

We've since been able to engage KRR on a garage and walkway project and both were executed to the same high standard.

When hiring KRR, we asked for and were provided three client references. All of the clients called us within a week and each said the same - that they hired KRR for one project initially but are now working with them for the long term on projects as they arise.

Truly can't recommend Nikk and KRR enough and will certainly be working with him again.

Nik was incredible to work with. Made the entire process of replacing concrete sidewalk the town notified us about. His price was extremely fair and transparent. He went the extra mile to check on permits and handled it all flawlessly. The work quality was great and scheduled quickly. Great guy and very knowledgeable about cities and municipalities as well.
