I absolutely adore working with Mac's Facility Solutions. They are really on top of everything. Their office staff responds within 24 hours to my emails and Rich is a phenomenal partner to work with. He is always checking in, stopping by with little treats for us and making us feel like his favorite account. But the biggest treat of all is Lili who is the best, most hard-working woman ever. Mac's is a fantastic facilities management company. When you need someone at any time they are there to assist on site or when you call an actual live person answers the phone to assist you. I highly recommend this company for all your facility needs.

Mac's Facility Solutions came to my school to clean our carpets, and when they were completed, we thought we had new carpets installed. Every stain came out, and the carpet look 10x brighter than it did before they cleaned them. They cleaned 24 classrooms, and three very large hallways in two days. They had two truck mounted systems and four guys working to get the whole job completed in one weekend. Thank you, Mac's, for making my school clean again!!!

So far, we haven't had any problems with Mac’s Facility Solutions. They answered all our questions, gave us a quote, and started services in less than a week! Our office is a lot nicer since they took over the cleaning aspect of things. They were able to remove stains that have been in our carpets for years. The cleaners are super nice as well!
