Called for service on Sunday and received email in a relatively short period. Antoine arrived within a few hours after calling me. Very pleasant fellow who went about diagnosing the issue which turned out to be poor quality over restrictive air filter. He tried several that I had on hand before feeling confident that it was the issue before stating problem solved. System is currently set on 70° and maintaining 70° with outside temperature being 11° and I just heard the system cycle off. From what I read, the restrictive filter would have caused my higher PSEG fuel bill. Hopefully that's the case and my next bill will be lower. We can only hope? Thanks Antoine for coming out and showing me the error of my ways by purchasing cheaper air filters. Thanks again for coming out on Sunday and thanks for sticking around till you was fully confident problem was solved.

Raynor has been servicing my heating and air conditioner for a few years now. I am extremely pleased with their work and the company in general. 1) I have an extensive personal background in electrical and electronics, so I have a different perspective than perhaps others. Raynor does the job every time as I would expect them to. Nothing is ever left to “next time”. Yes the technician gives a MINOR sales pitch on something, but it’s always an item for me to think about that maybe a good idea in the future. Raynor is a firm for the long term. Never ever high pressure sales. 2) The logistics is important to me. Schedules, reminders, special needs in scheduling, answering the phone, responding to messages, and texting if that is your thing instead of the phone. The communication skills and support staff is marvelous. 3) I had a death in my family and Raynor employees treated me like a family member. With compassion, communication, and kind gestures. In fact more compassion than most of my family members. Even though there was no maintenance scheduled or business needs at this particular time period, the communication and compassion was present regardless. I was treated like a human in need and a friend. They are all honorable people with people skills that unfortunately are very uncommon in our society today. 4) Fees and cost. Raynor is a business and needs to be paid. The prices are fair and below average in my area. Working with Raynor is a win-win experience and relationship. I get the services I need, with a good experience and they make a reasonable profit. Raynor is a wonderful company with a wonderful staff, but they are not Santa Claus. The prices for the services rendered are reasonable and fair. And often less than other firms. 5) You can call or text Raynor with a concern or question about your system or equipment. Raynor has answers, suggestions, they know their business. Never on hold while they check with 10 mangers. I think of Raynor as a medium sized company. Big enough to handle my needs promptly. And the ability to execute a plan to complete a job or project, but small enough to communicate with the customer. ALL Raynor employees, technicians, office staff, and managers treat me like they would want to be treated. 5) The technicians who come to my house respect my property, house interior, and equipment. They wear fabric boots over their shoes, clean up the area they were working in, remove any trash or wrappers from parts or supplies, and even wipe off the equipment (heater) cover doors where they were working. I encourage all who are reading my review to try Raynor out. Give them a test drive like I did. You will be impressed like I am and sign up for a maintenance contract. I love my maintenance contract. I pay a small fee each month which gives me great perks, and two annual routine maintenance service calls a year. And I never have to pay on the days of the semi annual maintenance calls because I pay a small amount each month instead. Raynor is a great company. Give them a try.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received from everyone at Raynor electrical! From the pleasantries from the girls who answer phones to all the guys that came to my home. Special thanks to Rocky who came out initially for estimate and even though he didn’t do work was following up on our satisfaction from beginning to end! Shout out to Chris,Devon, Matt and the other guys! Highly recommend and will continue to use them in future!

Kevin Larrisey was the technician that I met. I’m a first time homebuyer and needed recessed ceiling lights in my house cause the house didn’t come with it. The house also had open grounds which is a safety risk. In my opinion. I called a bunch of different companies and they either were not efficient in response times, kept delaying, or just did not respond at all. I finally stumbled upon Raynor and they were quick to respond. They sent out Kevin Larrisey who wasted no time and got straight to the point about how he would get things done and at what times. Kevin’s the guy you wanna see. Straight to the point, and simple.
