DRX Duct cleaning was recommended by Meyer and Depew after I had a new HVAC system with air purifier system installed. Erick and Josh were terrific. They took time to clean all vents and ducts. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. I recommend them.

My experience with DRX went extremely well. From initial quoting with Paul to the day of actual work, I have nothing but positive experience at every interaction with them. The two gentlemen who did the cleaning work are professional. They showed up at the exact time they scheduled and went through all the process with me before and during the cleaning. Sorry I didn't catch their name but they were polite and professional. I am very satisfied with the cleaning and customer service and had already recommended them to my friends who need duct cleaning service and will continue to do so anytime.

When I called I got a call back the same day by George. He was prompt, courteous, and very forthcoming about the whole process. I felt very comfortable having them work on my home! When the day came the techs, Duncan and Eric, were very courteous as well, even sending me before and after pictures. I'm very happy with the work they did and feel that the cost, when compared to competitors, was very fair. I would definitely recommend them!

5+ stars! I continue to be impressed by DRX Duct! I hired them last year to clean the dryer vent in my new home. I had them back last week to clean and sanitize my ducts and HVAC system. The scheduling process, courtesy calls, timeliness, professionalism, and follow up put this company above the rest. Frank and Ricky from DRX came to my house on time and ready to work. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, and hard working. I appreciated their recommendations and work as I have horrible allergies and I can already tell the quality of air in my house has improved. They not only did an excellent job, they cleaned up after themselves which some contractors just won't do! I highly recommend them and this service!

Mike & Ash were prompt, professional and did an excellent job cleaning my HVAC ducts. You know a company is great when a customer returns, not once, but twice... We have used DRX DUCT LLC on 3 separate homes and each time the experience has been nothing but great! The team is very professional, they take the upmost care of your home, explain everything thoroughly that is being completed, and even surprisingly showed before and after photos of the work which was very impressive. I have no hesitations to use their services again in the future; your ducts will never be cleaner except for the day they were installed!

I've used DRX for dryer vent cleaning, chimney inspections, and whole house duct cleanings. They are Wonderful! Professional and friendly technicians and staff. They did an excellent job cleaning all our ducts and were clean as they went around. Very knowledgeable as well and helped me check our filters. There is a significant improvement in the air flow and quality coming from our vents now. I will definitely use DRX again for regular maintenance. A+++!

After researching the Air Duct cleaning business and finding it can be full of shady characters, I researched and found DRX to have excellent validated reviews. The price was fair and the service was excellent. They came to my house for a few hours and did all of the work as promised. There were no surprises or hidden fees. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

I was referred to DRX by Next Door and was thrilled with their work. My home had not had the ducts cleaned for at least 13 years and Joe and Mitch were very professional. They took the time to help me understand what they were doing, what the current situation was, and the benefits of performing this cleaning. They walked me through the entire process via pictures and explained everything to me. They were respectful of my home and my cat and I would highly recommend their service to others.

Absolutely amazing company; from scheduling, to customer service, to the technician. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and super accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times due to the weather and then due to some work I was doing in the house and they were very accommodating to my busy work schedule. The technician (I forget the name since I’m terrible with names) was absolutely excellent! Very professional, informative and TOOK THE TIME to explain the process as he worked as well as make sure everything was perfect. He left the house spotless and gave me tips on how to keep my home and system clean and well maintained. DRX was so amazing that I referred to my uncle who is getting the service this week. In addition, if you get duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning same day you get a discount. Highly recommend!

DRX Duct Cleaning did a great job at my condo. My association requires it to be done every so often and I decided on using DRX based on their good reviews. I wasn't able to be home when they came but my wife said the tech was very polite and professional. I was also grateful that they did such a nice job keeping us informed about when they would be there. Thanks!

I had never had this done before, and my house was in need! Mit and Eric were GREAT, even a bit early to our appointment and super friendly and respectful. Explained everything, touched base a few times throughout, and even cleaned the leaves out of my garage before they left (nice touch!!). Paul in the office was great too, and made the experience from my initial call and quote to scheduling an easy experience. Will absolutely use them again.

We have used DRX Duct LLC for several repairs at our primary residence and also annual maintenance at a rental property. They are responsive and courteous, and we were very happy with their work. Their prices are fair and they were able to accommodate our schedules. Will definitely use again!

excellent thorough duct, chimney, and dryer vent system cleaning. i called 2 other services who never responded i read great reviews online about DRX and they all were positive rave reviews. i left message on their online service and within an hour they emailed back with their credentials and asked me questions and in 10 minutes they gave me a guaranteed quote and scheduled me to come in 2 weeks
I recently bought a home and had no idea if the duct system had been cleaned recently DRX came showed me with photos they took and spend 4 hours with huge super powered industrial strength vacuum connect to their truck, the opened my all electric ac/heating furnace and cleaned all the parts, they then air blew my vents and sprayed disinfectant through the whole duct system then swept chimney and cleaned dryer vent system they were very careful and clean no dust or mess left behind!

I had a great experience with DRX. They called when they were about 15 minutes away. These guys were extremely pleasant and professional. The price you were quoted was the cost that it was, no hidden charges. The two gentlemen that came to my home, explained the process and set off to work after I showed them where the vents, including dryer vent were located. The job was finished within a couple of hours and my house smelled great. These guys were great! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

We used DRX to clean our dryer vent. They answered the phone and scheduled us for a visit within a few days. We got clear communication about when to expect the technicians. They called on their way to let me know they would be there soon.

Mike and Byron figured out the best way to access the vent, which required a bit of ingenuity. They finished the job quickly, let me know the condition of the vent, and suggested a follow-up in 1-2 years. We will call DRX again when the time comes.
