Trinity Dry Cleaning took my area rug that was awful and had the worst pilling I’ve ever seen. In one week it was back and looking like a brand new rug. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them again!!

I want to start by saying that Mike at Trinity Rug Wash is a total professional. I live in Staten Island NY and had some damage from Hurricane Ida this past September. The wool area rug in our finished basement was completely soaked and started to smell awful. We were unable to find a contractor to help us with this and the few who did call back we’re attempting to gouge us.. I was very lucky to find this company on my final google search. Mike picked up the carpet and stayed in constant communication with us regarding the cleaning process. The carpet came back good as new at a very fair price. You can see that Mike takes great pride in his work and cares about his clients and is one of the finest contractors I have dealt with in a long time.

My Persian rugs (due to my family NEEDING to have a dog) were let’s say a fun place for the puppy to do his business. I called Mike from Trinity on a recommendation from a friend and he showed up, gave me a fair price, picked up and cleaned my area rugs and delivered back as good as new. The best part was we inspected the rugs before and after. Mike is professional and honest. He is taking my drapes next. Thanks Mike .

Mike, the owner is reliable, trustworthy and fast. Costs are very reasonable too. Trinity did a fabulous job cleaning my rugs (five of them!) and I wouldn’t use anyone else. They picked them up and dropped them off too. That’s priceless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I was about to discard my area rug because I didn’t think that all the stains would come off, but I wanted to give it a chance because I really like its unique patterns. Trinity was great! I had been gifted some really nice rugs that desperately needed cleaning. Trinity quoted the best price and kept every promise they made to me. My rug is as clean as it can be and the colors pop now. Trinity knows what they are doing and I recommend them highly!

I highly recommend Mike and Trinity Rug Services. I have used their service on two occasions and both times their services were extremely professional. Mike is punctual and honest and took great care of all of my area rugs. They not only pick up and deliver they also make sure the piece is put back exactly as it was. Great company to work with! I highly recommend the Trinity rug services. I had a great experience with this place. Mike who is the owner of this business is very courteous and very helpful. I have fine Persian rugs that some of them are pricy and delicately woven. I could not trust them with any company but when I talked to Mike he was very patiently listening and explaining every question that I had.
They did a great job. Their price is very unbeatable and reasonable too. Other places charge lots of money but he was very fair.
He picked them up and brought them back in a timely manner. He is very trustworthy. I am happy that I found Trinity and I greatly appreciate what he did for me. He even sent me the videos of my carpet getting washed and dried. Very nice gentleman.

I meant to write this review months ago, but the excellent service I received from **Trinity Rug Wash** is still worth mentioning! They did a fantastic job cleaning my rug — it came back looking fresh, bright, and like new again. The **owner went above and beyond** to make sure everything was handled perfectly, from pickup to delivery. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days.

Even though the service was done about six months ago, I still remember how pleased I was with the results. Highly recommend **Trinity Rug Wash** to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

WOW super rude when i just called for the first time. The person answered the phone this is Mike how can i help you? I asked 2x if t his is Trinity Rug wash and he kept saying how can I help you then got annoyed and hung up on me. Guess I will be finding another service. You asked me 2x how can i help you but why did you not answer the question if this was your company? That is my concern.
