We always hire Tori and his team for seasonal clean up before spring and after fall. He’s easy to get in touch with, will send reminders around the time we need him, and always fits us in. He always gives us a great price and will do extra work the day of too adding it to the clean up no problem; like getting rid of dead bushes or cleaning up a tree. And their work is always very thorough, when I go out to see how the clean up went I’m always surprised to find areas clean that I didn’t even think of, like behind my shed or around my ac unit. We’re always happy with his work, and I’m sure you will be too.

We originally hired Tory and Bella Landscaping for winter snow removal, which went fine last year, but this year wasn’t great. Communication was unreliable, so we were planning to hire a different company next winter.

The main problem was that they did a spring cleanup without being asked. They very heavily pruned multiple plants, including our Japanese maple, leaving damage to the plants and mulch beds. While we appreciate that they canceled the invoice, we now have to pay to fix everything ourselves, as we don’t want them to come back.

We will not be using this company again.
