Reliable appliance repair services. Used them several times and all have been good experiences. Repairs have been for washing machine and dryer. They do repairs for refrigerators, freezers, ice makers etc.

Service representative called me back to let me know the repair man would accept the call. They called me to let me know he was on his way. The repair man was professional courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with bills appliance repair.

Carlos, the technician showed up on time, very polite and highly skilled, he figured out right away the issue with my dryer, he ordered the replacement parts on the spot and came back two days later with the parts in hand and did the repair, awesome job, very happy and satisfied with the service, thank you very much!

Bill’s appliance came out to fix my refrigerator and they did a wonderful job! It didn’t take him long either !They are very professional and they know what they’re doing! I would definitely recommend them! Excellent!!

From start to finish this was a good experience. I called about our fridge not staying cold. I scheduled a date so they could come and take a look. On the scheduled date, he was on time and inspected the fridge. Thirty minutes after he left, I received a call with an estimate. I agreed. They ordered the part and he came and installed it. It's been working fine since then. I feel they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again.

We called this company twice. The first time was great. Technician came out right away and repaired our refrigerator expertly and at a reasonable price. The second time we had to call 3 times and although twice promised a repair time, we received NO service and no phone call to say why tech was a no show. That equals a NO, thank you.

Cancelled 2 appointments. Not very reliable.

1 year warranty for parts and labor but they charge a service fee to come look at the equipment if their work fails, huh?

No show, no call. Called service, rescheduled for next day. Called next day to be sure arrival...told "took the night Off." Cancelled!!!!

Refrigerator call. Repairman did very little. Said if it didn't work I would have to call LG. I specifically asked for an LG repairman. Sorry I paid them anything. Never call this company.

Terrible...They cancellled. However, when I made the appointment, I got the impression that they didn't want my business so I was not surptised when they cancelled.
