I’ve used Barnett a few times and routinely have been cancelled on when requesting a fix on shoddy work for an outdoor outlet installation.

During install, technician asked us to run to Home Depot to install the outdoor cover ourselves even though we paid for the install. Once installed, there was a hole left through our wood siding. When we brought this up, the tech said he would caulk it, but no caulking was done before he left.

Now after the multiple cancellations to get this fixed, we requested a separate technician which Barnett outsourced through a different company unknown to us. This other company charged their own fee $150 to caulk around the outlet.

Barnett is rarely available to contact by the phone and should have covered this fee as it was fixing a mistake made by their own technician. Do NOT recommend.

We were planning to use them for 200 amp upgrade in the spring, but after this we will be using another company.
