The quality of their character and courteous natures are simply added bonuses I've long admired and appreciated . . .

I had called Ramon and he answered immediately and was able to come out the next day to check out my electrical system. He was very thorough and professional. Will be using his service again in the future.

This place is horrible if they say same-day repairs they do not mean it! Not sure they know what they are doing either! We're supposed to give an estimate but a week later had to call because they forgot! Then they said they were too busy! Save your money and go to real professionals!

Be aware. I called them for an estimate on an electrical upgrade project. They come out and reset a GFI button (which I did NOT ask for). I didn't ask them to repair anything... only sought an estimate for the electrical upgrade. Then they send me a bill for $124. The actual project that I asked them to quote an estimate for was never even quoted. They said it was too large.

I bought a ceiling fan and included the installation through Lowes at 148.53 tax included. When the installer took down the existing fan he discovered there was no cross brace - builder took a shortcut!. I know one was required from previous experience and info stated on Lowes website, so I told the installer to go ahead and put one in. He had to call the boss for an added cost, the "boss said $150+tax = $161.81. Wow! It took the installer 15 minutes at most to put in the brace. The brace at Lowes and Home Depot costs $21. Talk about PRICE GOUGING! I had no problem paying for the part and at hopefully an install price adjustment, but no, he just called out that amount. The installer asked a second time and the boss's answer was the same, the expression on the installer's face said it all - It was an UNFAIR amount! The installer did a fine job but his boss is not an Honest person. I do not recommend this company!
