Our furnace gave out on the coldest winter day. NM elite came out, with parts, and fixed it on a jiffy. Professional and quick you can’t ask for better.

Had my furnance go out recently. Tried to fix it myself which didn't work. When I called NM Elite they helped me fix my problem and save money! I would recommend to anyone looking for a real experience with a small buisness owner who is very experienced from working in the commercial field!

We called Phillip on Thursday, he was here on Friday. He needed parts and said he would be back on Monday. He came back Monday morning and I have heat again! Phillip is polite, professional and a very nice person. We enjoyed working with him as he is actually responsive, unlike many others. I would highly recommend him to others.

Phil does a great job. He is conscientious, reliable and has reasonable rates. Performed yearly maintenance check on our HVAC and replaced thermostat. Thanks for the good work!!

Very quick response to our needs not once, but twice right before a cold front! Our main HVAC system was not blowing hot air. He knew immediately what the issue was, ordered parts & fixed it in less than 3 days!
Again, our living room gas fireplace would not ignite. He came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and we were nice & warm within 2 days!-very good service! Thank you so much!

This is an easy 5 star review! NM Elite was responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment easily. The tech arrived early and diagnosed the issue. He came back early the next day with the needed part and efficiently fixed the issue! I will definitely be using NM Elite for my annual HVAC maintenance!

Furnace went out during Thanksgiving holiday. Answered my call immediately and came out ASAP and got my furnace going. I cannot express how great the service was especially during the holidays. Everyone else was telling me they could not help until 1 week out. I will be recommending this company to everyone! Thank you so much NM Elite Mechanical, the best hands down!!!!!
