It is March 25 th and our AC has not been working since the beginning of the month. I called two companies first week of March. I'm waiting still for an appointment from them. The kids are complaining of how hot the house is. I called AC PENGUIN PRESTIGE on the morning of March 245h. I had a professional and courteous technician named Wessly in to fix the furnace and fire place by 1530hr. Kids will be warm tonight. Thanks AC PENGUIN PRESTIGE.

i Bought a a/c unit with heat withing a year this is my first winter with the unit. i haven't been able to use it because it don"t work. you call the company to get service and they never show up. Im on my third week today with no heat. please don't buy from this company you will regret it
