As a designer, I had two projects completed by Paul's team in record time and stayed within my budget.

The customer was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed by the home services team. The workers arrived clean and made an excellent job of cleaning and repairing the older units. When upgrading one unit, they recommended a more basic model that suited its size, showing restraint in pushing for a higher-end option. The staff also provided valuable advice on maintaining the units properly and offered helpful tips. Their approach was customer-centric and respectful, making them stand out as a reliable service provider.

The technician's office staff was very welcoming and cooperative. When an issue arose with a system they didn't install, they promptly called me back and attempted to troubleshoot over the phone, though this wasn't strictly necessary since it wasn't their work. They successfully resolved the problem during their visit. Subsequently, another unit was installed, and I haven't experienced any issues. Their service has earned my trust, prompting me to recommend them to others.

We contacted their private house service, only to be informed that they don't do on-call services at this location due to being too busy with other appointments.

Avoid this place, hands down. They're completely disorganized and unresponsive. Their "office manager" seems to be a complete joke - no returns on phone calls whatsoever. Don't waste your time or money here.

The company initially ordered a system for me in June, but now it's January. Given the timeframe, I get that these things take time. However, the customer service was abysmal. Every time I called to inquire about updates, they promised to follow up, but no one ever did. I had to explicitly ask them to cancel the order due to my lack of faith in their responsiveness.
