I had an issue with my boiler that persisted for over a year, until Mike from Giulianos finally sorted it out. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain the root cause of the issue, which was more than the competing company could manage.

I recently hired these guys after a neighbor recommended them for my pipe issue, which was causing incessant banging that kept me awake at night. With my wife due to give birth soon, I didn't have time to thoroughly investigate other options. The team fixed 90% of the problem, leaving some occasional banging and hissing, as well as a non-functional radiator. However, their solution using 2x4 wood pieces wasn't entirely effective, with one piece falling down - it was loose, not properly secured.

To address the issue, I purchased additional pipe hangers and used a leveler to fix the pitch problems. Unfortunately, some of my valves needed replacing, and the handles didn't work at all. The plumber took the pipe straight into the wall instead of angling it, which led to me getting head bumps again. Despite this, considering the price was only $1500, they couldn't be bothered with more extensive repairs.

What impressed me most was that the guys were willing to take their time and squeeze in extra hours for my job. While I'm still experiencing 10% of the original banging issues, hopefully, these will resolve on their own. If you're facing similar plumbing problems, I would recommend giving them a call - Mike, Alex, and Juan seem like capable and accommodating professionals.

I'd advise anyone considering using this company to steer clear - if you already are, stop immediately. We've had no issues before, but when our motor blew, they installed the wrong one and now refuse to find a suitable replacement, all while disregarding our repeated calls.

It's alarming that a company that has served us faithfully for 20+ years would abandon customers like this. Be warned, if you're treated in this way, it's likely to happen to others too.
