CM is the best. Switched to them almost a year ago and they deliver in every area -- service, quality, punctuality, cost, professionalism. I use them for regular, ongoing service and most recently had to have them replace an antiquated HVAC unit that failed, which they accomplished virtually next day despite busy summer-related schedules and pending heat wave. Bob Monteiro and the CM team are terrific. Highly recommended.

These people are thieves. They installed my furnace and my air conditioner and they still took advantage. The blower on my 14 year old furnace possibly died and the blades were bent. They came in and looked and told me after taking pictures that it would be $1100 and change. I asked for the name of the part and I was told by the technician that the part name and number would definitely be on the receipt. It wasn't and when I called to get this information Susan the dispatcher told me "he doesn't know that!! They tell him " so wait, he's not a plumber? No response. I spent $129.75 for them to tell me that the part I knew was broken,before they got here, was broken? Seriously? You have an incredibly deceitful business practice!! I'm going to complain to anyone and everyone who will listen to me!! So the service guy was a kid with a full beard and pretty big, he knew next to nothing. He kept calling someone for the part information. Why did I need that? Another awesome question is why did I wait ALL DAY FOR THIS GUY?? I really feel completely taken advantage of. Im angry and very cold!! These are terrible people with a terrible business practice. Don't call them no matter what unless you like to be forced into it without lubricant because that's exactly how this feels!! Addendum: the " technician " cut all of the wires for the blower motor for the fan. The fan was not broken, the blades on the fan were broken. AWESOME!! These are not kosher business dealings!! WOW!! Who does this? Now it's going to cost them!! My husband spoke with Anthony, no clue who he is, and this guy didn't offer anything to make it up to us or even keep our business. We're going to need a new furnace soon but these bill padders will not be doing it!! They offered to send the tech back to explain? Really? How generous of you but now the wiring in our blower is damaged by you!! Shouldn't you be offering something? You destroyed/damaged our property and you're offering nothing? Good luck Anthony, you're going to need it with such illegal business practices!! We understand that you don't make money repairing furnaces but now you've lost the potential sale of our next system. These are terrible people who don't care that tonight it's going to be in the 20's and we've got small children. It's freezing in my home and theee unscrupulous people like Anthony don't care. They're upset because I posted this. In summation, they cut the lines, 4 of them, on my blower fan for my furnace. Told me it would cost approximately $1100 to fix, the blower wasn't broken, and now they are doing nothing. No offer to repair, not too sure how much I trust depraved business men anyway. If this isn't bill padding, then I don't know what this is? Regardless, please don't contact them for help. They've actually left us in worse condition than they found us and they charged $129 to break our furnace!! Thank you Comfort Master!! You really know how to help during the holidays!! Did I mention that I'm recovering from surgery? My house being around 40° is just awesome!! Exactly what my now developing pneumonia needed!!

I have only been a customer for three years now but I find that the office and field staff are professional, knowledgeable, polite, neat, come on time and explain what they are doing. If there is a problem they fully discuss the options, pros and cons. Definitely recommend them to all of my neighbors!!
