Russ & Flag had so much knowledge and were so helpful in or purchase of a boiler following hurricane irene. They were the best thing that's happened to us since the hurricane wiped out our basement & our trip to freeport plumbing was the only thing that had gone right since. Just bought my first home in Freeport and you earned a customer for life today. Just needed to replace a kitchen faucet drop hose with an odd connector I couldn’t find anywhere else. Clerk researched the part but it wasn’t in stock. He gave me the part number, phone number to Delta and suggested another supply store if it was urgent. He also mentioned it may be under warranty. It was and it will take some time but a free replacement is on the way. That is top notch customer service! So when I replace my entire heating system in the fall guess where I will be purchasing? Good work and thank you sorry I didn’t catch your name.

If I could I would rate them 0 stars. We walked in there today to get some help with a part for our water heater. Three people were behind the counter - not one looked up or greeted us as we walked in. One left, and we stood there for a good 10 minutes while the other two continued what they’re doing, still without saying a word to us. I understand that you may be in the middle of something, but at least provide some acknowledgment of our presence. Even after we said something to get their attention, we barely received a response. Extremely rude.

We walked right out and went to Blackman Plumbing Supply instead. We will not be supporting Freeport Plumbing Supply after the terrible customer service we experienced.

If your looking for courtesy professionalism and service . DO NOT SHOP HERE. Not only was this experience unpleasant they did not have a basic part I went to Home Depot up the block and ended up buying there.

Service at this place sucks, employees here thinks they own you or you are there child.
