Furnace decided not to work yesterday and with all this craziness in the world I called Scott and he immediately picked up and came out to take a look at what was going on . He fixed the problem,was very professional. He then did a follow up the next day. Definitely would recommend him for furnaces or AC units .

Scott Falsetti and his team are the finest group of professionals you could hope for in the HVAC field. We had ongoing issues with our 12-year old unit with a noisy condenser as well. He reviewed our options and suggested an excellent replacement model for our 2800 sq foot home. Our new outdoor condenser is so quiet we don’t hear it from the window right next to it! They were quick and timely with the installation, took the old unit apart with ease, and discarded all the trash nice and neatly. The wiring, piping, layout, ductwork, and general aesthetics were all perfectly designed and layed out thoughtfully - these guys are craftsmen. They are polite, kind, and funny. They also proceeded us with an excellent quote and the estimate was spot on ..... we saved many thousands compared to others. I have 100% confidence in their work which is now over 15 months installed and is running perfectly. I have enjoyed dealing with Allen Heating and Cooling and given them the highest recommendation possible. I live in Williamsville and if anyone has any questions I’ll let Scott and company use me as a strong reference.

Scott did a complete changeover from baseboard heating, boiler, and no AC to a forced air heating system, AC, and hot water tank. So happy to have AC in this heat and very happy I called Allen Heating & Cooling! Very fair price and job was complete in a timely manner.

Quick to come to our house for a quote and to schedule our install! We had gotten several quotes from other companies and Allen's Heating and Cooling had the best pricing. The job was completely finished in less than 6 hours and they were very professional and knowledgeable.

Scott was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable and price competitive. He did a great job installing our new system and when he was done, cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell he was there. He was courteous and communicative throughout the process. Our new unit is so efficient (compared to the 20 year old unit we replaced) that we saw a drop in the cooling costs, even in the first month! When I finally turned the air conditioner on it didn’t work. I called Alan heating and cooling. Scott and one of his employees were here within 15 minutes. They were able to identify two issues. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and just a great guy. He followed up with a call later that night to make sure everything was working properly. Scott and his crew were absolutely wonderful! I have used their service to install A/C in three of my rental places, and they exceeded my expectations every single time. They kept the places clean and tidied up afterwards. They were punctual, and if there were any post-service issues, Scott's just a text message away. To top it all off, very reasonably priced. I had a fantastic experience with Allen Heating And Cooling. They were extremely professional and punctual for our project which included a new furnace, AC, hot water tank, and ductwork. The installation was seamless, everything works flawlessly, and the new setup looks incredibly clean. I’m so happy with the service and the quality of their work.

Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship. There was a clear lack of attention to detail, and now mold is beginning to develop due to flex ducts coming apart. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
