My aunt called me when she needed an electrician. She said she had called around and they were either too busy or she left a message and they didn't call back. I looked on the internet and found Carapella Electric. They had 5 reviews, all were excellent. And now I know why. My aunt is not tech savy so I'm writing this based on what she said. First, unlike the others, my aunt spoke to a person when she called. She gave her information and John called back within 10 minutes. He was very nice and took his time to listen to my aunts situation. His most impressive trait is his ethics. Unlike other people, he honors his commitments. He keeps his appointments and on the occasion that he is running late, he calls as soon as possible to let you know. He goes out if his way to help. Even if this is his first time working for you, he treats you like family. When replacing a doorbell, the one he had didn't match my aunts decor. He went to a store and purchased a new cover that was a match. He explains everything in terms you understand and doesn't "sell" anything. He is a true professional from the "old" days. If you need an electrician, listen to my aunt, and look no further. You won't be sorry.
