Randaire has been a lucky find! Another company spent months repeatedly returning and not solving the issue. Randy came and fixed it!!! I have 3 zones when I had another problem, Randy resolved it. I don’t want any other company. Randy knows how to install, fix and properly maintain heating and air conditioning systems.

They replaced my a/c condenser and serviced my whole house humidifier. Professional work, very responsive and I highly recommend them!

Randi from randair is a very honest and reliable technician. I went through so many technicians before and only Randi was able to fix my AC and heat issues. I highly recommend him as he is very honest and professional.

Recently I had an issue with my heater making loud noise. I reach out and send a video to Randy he was prompt to respond and came the next day he had diagnosed the issue and came prepared with part. He replaced my heater circulator pump the same day. My experiences with him have been great through out the past 10 years!
He has replaced my heater, hot water heater and small issues in between. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fair with pricing.
I am very fortunate to have found this company & Randy and will continued to use him. I have recommended to all family, friends and neighbors.

Randy at Randaire Inc. is hands down, the most knowledgeable, honest, fair and thorough HVAC professional I have ever encountered. He and his assistant Lorenzo are excellent tradesmen and absolute gentlemen. I really lucked out using Randaire!

Our heat busted In the middle of the winter with a baby in the house. I called Randaire and they worked hard to diagnose and fix the issue in the same day. Randaire not only did excellent work, but they also saved our family money in the process. After dealing with dishonest and unprofessional techs in the past, Randaire Inc. was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) They also taught me more about my system while perfoming the repairs, equipping me with valuable knowledge to help myself in the future.

I can't recommend Randaire enough. If you need anything HVAC/ Furnace related, make sure you give Randaire a call! I will be recommending Randaire to all of my neighbors, family and friends in Long Island.

Awful experience. Terrible service. Would never use. (Never actually serviced my home- so I guess they're in to lying too lol. Where's said home you say you serviced??)

We made the horrible mistake of having Randi at Randaire repair our AC system. Unfortunately he made a lot of promises, never delivered on any of them and in my opinion he was very unprofessional all throughout.
I wish we never dealt with him. Huge regret!
