Caleb did excellent work and was very personable. Showed up on time and completed work in the time that was estimated. Was very knowledgeable. Very satisfied and would use Redung, Inc. again..

The whole experience with Reding was fantastic. Helped my elderly father get his heat back up and running. Came out within 30 minutes and pricing was excellent. Derek did a great job.

Reding Inc has the most incredible staff and service! They did an amazing job replacing my water tank and installing a water softener. The experience was so outstanding they were my first thought when I was interested in a mini split for heat and AC. And to no surprise, it was another stellar experience! Great people, great prices, they explain everything (right down to the remote control!!) and leave everything nice and tidy!! I will be their customer for life! Thank you so much!!

Reding came in a time of need at midnight last night in freezing temps to help with our furnace that had quit running. Keith was very professional and friendly and arrived in a timely manner. Although he didn't have the part to fix last night, he put in the order 1st thing for this morning. Another technician arrived before 10:00am and by 10:30 the heat was up and running. I didn't catch the kids name from this morning, but he did a great job installing the new part. Reding was a great company to do business with, highly recommend! If we ever need anything done in the future, we will definitely be using you guys again! Thank you!

Great crew! Due to a gas leak in my house our gas had been turned off. I called and the day of they had someone over. Work started that day and gas up and running by the next morning. Very professional, fair and do great work. Thanks guys!

Excellent. Jacob was top-notch. Courteous, proffessional, and explained exactly what was needed. I scheduled and they went the extra mile to arrive a day early and the fix was straight forward, no himming and hawing, no trying to rack up an unnecessary bill, just good service. I hope they stay this way.

We're extremely happy with Jacob from Reding. Came to our home a couple of days ahead of schedule, which was great because our AC unit was down. Nothing but great experiences with this company :)

Scott came out to update our zone valve assembly. He explained in detail and walked through the process, actually finishing early. A quality experience by a thorough professional.

The service tech was friendly and informative. Showed me how to maintain my heater. And was thorough in explaining to me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Our experience with Reding has been nothing but exceptional.

Excellent work. Sean and his coworker did a wonderful job on a furnace replacement. They were extremely thorough with not only the replacement per se, but also cleanup and providing valuable information about the furnace operation, etc. They also assisted us understanding our newer thermostat. We will highly recommend Reding Inc. to any one in need of service they can provide.

We had just purchased a house and not knowing when anything was serviced we called Reding Inc. Randy came out and was so professional and friendly. Helped us out with all our questions. We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend this company.

I’ve also had Ryan come out and help me with my water system and today he installed a water softening system. This company is fair with pricing and I will continue to use them. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. 5+++++ stars.

Derek was awesome to work with! He was very responsive, on time and helped when we had a huge snow storm. After further discussion with him he traveled all over the southern tier during a massive snowstorm to help other customers out. Will highly recommend him and Reding to anyone that needs assistance with a company that has integrity and empathy for their customers.

Fantastic experience! From the first phone call inquiring about service, to the repairs being done the same day. Derek had the parts in his truck, was able to make it happen without any extra runaround. Highly recommend! Very professional and personable. Jessica was super friendly as well and made me feel comfortable in my decision on the first phone call!

Ryan and Corey were wonderful. Had chlorination and water softener systems installed. They did a fantastic job setting up and explaining the systems to us. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend using Reding for well & water services.

We have used Redding in our new home for a few projects since moving in and every time they have delivered excellent customer service at every point while delivering top quality work. We recently had Jim and his crew come replace some duct work in our basement, they did an amazing job! So thankful to have such a great company close by! 11/10 would recommend!

They do a fantastic job and give high quality service. I very much appreciated them taking care of all the mistakes that another service provider did putting a new hvac system in. Very knowledgeable and the two tech that came to do service were very professional. I would highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong! I will be staying with them for all my maintenance and repairs.

We were in need of an electrician/plumber for my mom because she had no water to the house. We were given Redings name from her neighbors and they were able to come out the same day. Randy and Isaiah were awesome and the heroes of the day. They took a situation with not much to go on because we were no help and they figured it all out and got the well pump up and running. Reding will have our business for years to come. Ryan was fantastic from quote to install. We had our old sump pump replaced and added a back up as well. All questions were answered ahead of time, install was seamless, and he didn’t leave any sort of mess. He was on time for both the quote and the installation and made me feel confident in the work provided. We’ve had several weeks for the sump pump to be put to the test with consistent snow melting and it’s done great. Their quote was also the most reasonable of the ones we received. Thank you Reding!

Our heat went out on New Year’s Day, we were thrilled that they were open and able to send someone out ASAP to look at it. We were given a few different options in different price points for a new furnace. With in a few days we had a new furnace and we didn’t brake the bank. All of the people who came out were exceptionally nice as well as the phone operator.

We have trusted Mike for years with repair and maintenance of our furnace. Today, Mike was here with Zak to install a new furnace. They were on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the installation in a timely manner. We're all set for cold weather.

I was very happy with the work that was done. Point man Caleb and his crew of Isaiah, Keith, James, and Owen were very professional and personable. They installed a new furnace and thermostat, air conditioning/heat pump, water heater, laundry tub with new plumbing and other work. They were here for three days. They made sure everything worked properly before they left. Clean up was thorough. They also arrived each day on time, ready to go to work. Great job.
