Anthony was very professional, neat and cleaned up when he was done. We had a flood in the Bathroom from a broken toilet turn off valve. We are so grateful that he was able to respond on a Sunday & show up in less than 1/2 an hour. Did work in 3 bathrooms. We would definitely use Precise Plumbing again.

I called 3 plumbers on a Sat morning due to needing a repair/replacement of my water heater and Anthony was the only one who called back that morning. He and his brother Chris were at my home within 3 hours with a new water heater. They were in and out in 2 hours. Great job. Professional, reliable and friendly. We've had consistent problems with our combo boiler for the past two years and it had this knack for dying on us in the dead of winter for weeks at a time leaving us without heat and hot water the entire time. The service we were using previously had to go back and forth several times just to get our unit up and running replacing many parts. It was pretty obvious that they didn't know what they were doing.

We then decided to replace the unit and found Precise Plumbing. The reviews were great and they're certified by Navien so we decided to ask them to see if they can help us with getting a quote and replacing the unit neatly. Anthony and Sal came over checked out our boiler and gave us a quote on how much it would cost and walked us through what the financing options would be. We got qualified for the loan right then and there for the boiler.

They came the next week to do the installation and not only did they replace the boiler they replaced all the piping, and ensured that all the exhaust and air intakes were vented properly. The job took two days and it they did an excellent job. Everything looks brand new and they did a VERY neat job that looks very professional. They were also patient with answering all our questions before and during the installation which meant a lot since we've had a terrible experience before with our old unit constantly failing and our previous service giving us really vague answers.

Lastly, they are super responsive. We called them the next day because the hot water was going in and out a little. They came over immediately and calibrated the unit a little and got everything running fine. For those of you curious, it was an issue with our faucets that was restricting the flow of the water hence the hot water wasn't coming through.

I highly recommend them if you're thinking of getting a new boiler/combo unit installed. They know what they're doing and they'll come over and fix the any issue you may have quickly though a situation where your boiler stops working would rarely happen.

Excellent work. Anthony went above and beyond to help me clear violations from the DEP. He was very professional and did the work quickly. I will use Precise all the time. They’re the best!

I have a rental property with a gas wall oven that stopped working. The oven is 40 years old so I wasn't putting any money into it in the form of repairs. I had the old oven removed and ordered and received a new wall oven. I called Anthony at Precise Plumbing. He answers the phone. He fit my job into his schedule and installed the oven the same day. After installing we found out there was no electric at the receptacle the oven was plugged into. Anthony removed the oven so I could have an electrician repair the receptacle. It turned out to be a broken wire somewhere in the electric line, which was repaired. Anthony came back and reinstalled the oven as "part of the job" , no additional charge. He is prompt, courteous and good at his job. BTW this is the second project Precise Plumbing did for me. A couple of years prior he replaced both Hot Water Heaters in my rental property. He did a neat and clean job getting the hot water restored to my tenants.

On Wednesday January 22, 2025 my house was extremely cold. A friend recommended Precise Plumbing & Heating. Fortunately for me because the plumber Anthony came to my house immediately upon telephoning him. It was the first time a technician came to my house and was able to locate the problem with my relatively new boiler. I cannot thank Anthony enough for providing my house with heat especially during these frigid cold temperatures we have been experiencing. In addition, Anthony has called me several times to check on the progress of the heat. Not only was Anthony so very knowledgeable about my boiler and the problem but he was also considerate by calling to see how everything was going. Again, thank you for your expertise.

Precise installed a dishwasher, replaced two faucets (and one of the faucet needed extra work) and replaced a leaky drain for me. Service was professional. Price was very reasonable. Chris took his time and explained every step to me. Thank you!

Anthony is a very good plumber. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job installing a new heating system and cleaning up after the job was done. He made sure to stay on track and keep within the budget. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with this kind of work.

My house is over 80 years old so when our 60 year old furnace started leaking we knew it was time to replace. I called three plumbers and was most impressed with Anthony's knowledge and professionalism. He showed me the boiler he installs and also recommended we replace our 10 plus year old hot water heater offering us a discount to install. We didn't want to have to deal with a flood so we agreed. He worked efficiently, quickly and cleaned up upon completion. What impressed me the most is he does the work and knows what he is up against and is prepared. He stays focused and doesn't complain or make excuses. Shows up promptly and is respectful. He will be the first person I call for future plumbing needs and when anyone asks for a recommendation.

Tony and Sal came in on Tuesday 6/19 to give me an estimate on installing a tankless water heater. right from the start they were professional. upon entry into my house they provided me with a product brochure and explained the product, features, and the process. The water heater was installed on Friday (6/22). The guys came in as discussed, at 9:30, removed the old unit, installed the new unit, and cleaned up the place. Excellent job. highly recommend.

Anthony did a great job replacing our gas control valve and installing a new cold water valve. He was professional, worked quickly, and charged a fair price. Definitely recommend him!

Anthony responded to my call on Friday of the Labor Day weekend which makes this post a bit of a Time Machine. He didn’t t have to show up, but he did, because that’s what responsive business owners do to forever sear in your memory their ability to answer your call. It was something with the boiler that required inspecting it and recommending a course of action. Anthony did all that with me away and on the phone, with a great deal of patience and tact. At the end of the job, Anthony sent a very professional introductory email about his business and its services. Simply put, he’s a PRO. Definitely using his service again.

The level of professionalism from Precise is unbelievable in 2025.
I've found dad's main line clogged while he was in the hospital. Once he was home, I called Anthony and explained what was going on.
He sent the most amazing man, Chris. He was very clean, thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. Top shelf.

Outstanding service. Had water heater issue. They were at my house on a Saturday in an hour. Had a new tank installed inside of 30 minutes. They were extremely neat and clean and very careful with the install. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend.
