Hello, I just wanted to comment on the fantastic job sanitation is doing. I live on Madison Street in Elmont and the sanitation men always do a phenomenal job whenever they come thru. I had an old mattress to throw out and they told me exactly what to do and they came early and picked it up. Besides that they just do a great job and are very friendly. Thanks for the great job they do.

Fairly courteous, punctual service.

Generally speaking, garbage is picked up and trash containers placed by curb in a practical, respectful way. Usually street remains free of discarded fallen pieces of trash items.

Pass the buck never solve issues.

This been four weeks I put some stuff out they’ve never been pick up

Person that responds the calls has a bad attitude. Usually one would say your welcome at the end of a call but not this guy, he just hangs up on you rudely.
