Grey is great! When we moved in, cleaned out the chimney, replaced the chimney crown, had to remove some significant roots from the top and rebricked the top. Installed a damper. Later added a sealant to prevent further water entry/plant growth. Our damper he installed just recently wouldn't close (1.5 years later), and a part had melted and Grey fixed it, no charge!
