Fast and prompt service of installing a new BMW Electric Vehicle charger at home. The documentation help Triad provides for getting the Duke rebate is added plus. This is the second time I used Triad and I will use them again.

Technician arrived on time to install generator 50 amp inlet and was finished in a reasonable time. Took time to explain the work and how to implement the interlock kit. Even went above and beyond helping me move the generator in position afterwards. Would recommend and use again.

I had very good experience with Triad for EV Charger (Tesla universal wall connector) installation at garage. Just gave them call and they came home on scheduled time to provide estimate. Once agreed they came for installation at desired location at garage. They always keep me informed when their electrician will be visiting home via text. They took care of permit. Also, provided guideline and steps to apply for Duke EV charger rebate program. Very friendly people.

The guys arrived On time, they worked efficiently, they gave me 3 options on where to install the BMW Wallbox, it was solidly installed and they even recommended that we regularly charge to 80% of capacity to increase battery life. I highly recommend this company.

Terrific job from start to finish! We had an EV charger installed and everybody at Triad were professional, skilled and personable. From the scheduling, to the bidding process and to the actual installation, we couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!

Consumer beware. My experience was not a positive one and would not recommend using them due to lack of communication and do not follow through.

Update - 12/12. I heard from Triad after this review. I liked how they handled the situation and made the decision to have them install a generator. There has been a significant improvement in communication. Their crew is very professional and the job they've done so far is top notch. They are finishing up now before inspection. Just in time for the winter weather and power outages this area is known to experience.

They are the best! Very fast and dedicated respond to my inquiries. The electricians are very professional with the installation. They cleaned the work area after the job and was so careful that they saved the marks and numbers on the wall when I measured my kids heights in the garage. ☺️😊

The electricians who came out were exceptional. They figured out the process despite us having a non-standard fuse box location. Craig, Matt and Harvey and Nick know what they are doing and we couldn’t be happier with the support and openness of this team! They helped us with downloading and logging on to the app for our car charger. Great guys!

Triad was excellent as an EV charger installer. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of the charging options. We went with a hardwired Chargepoint+ because we set our up outside our garage. They handle the permits and set up inspections and they were completely transparent with pricing and the current rebate through Duke Energy. Thank you Harvey and Craig and the full tech team! We are so happy you helped us. Nick just stopped by and made sure the town inspection went well and now we can submit for our Duke Energy EV charger rebate!

Amazing Experience with Triad Electrical Services – Highly Recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Triad Electrical Services! They recently installed my Tesla Wall Charger, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.

I first heard about them from a friend, and when I called, I was immediately impressed by how courteous and professional they were. Right from the start, they made me feel like a valued customer. They were super busy, and my initial appointment was almost a week away, but due to a last-minute emergency that required me to be out of town, I asked if there was any chance of moving it up.

And this is where Harvey—the real MVP—went above and beyond! He somehow managed to squeeze me into their packed schedule, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. On installation day, he and his team showed up right on time (if not a little early!) and got straight to work. They were efficient, professional, and just overall awesome people to deal with. The installation was smooth, and my charger has been working perfectly ever since.

What really stood out was how helpful and informative they were throughout the process. They made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and even shared that they are approved by Duke Energy, which just adds to their credibility.
