Justin, the owner/operator of the business was on time, professional and really went out of the way to get the job done. That included making a trip to a plumbing supply since it became apparent that Kohler had switched out the type of cartridge used in our fixture... Seeing that Justin had extra time in the job than anyone anticipated, we expected an upcharge, which he ddn't do. I truly appreciate the integrity of a businessperson who honors their estimates...even though the new part was at a higher price point. Max's Plumbing is our GOTO plumber from here on out!

Today was the second time we've had Max out for service. They were courteous, professional and speedy. I will definitely use them again.

Outstanding plumber
Well, pump burnt out on 4th of July weekend, worst time possible to loose your water. Not only holiday but major heat wave. Called 4 plumbing companys Max Plumbing was the only one to return call immediately. He restored water same day. Beautiful job. I was simply amazed he was able not only to respond on major holiday but able to obtain all the needed parts including a new well pump. He even returned on Sunday morning after one of the toilets was leaking causing the new pump to run unnecessarly. All done at a very affordable price. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly & understanding. Also gave me a military discount.

This is the second time we've used MAX Plumbing in the last couple of months. Again, they provided prompt, professional & outstanding service. They provided us with options on fixing or replacing an old toilet. They first FIXED the most immediate & urgent problem on the old toilet. But when we then opted to replace it, they waived the charge for fixing the old one. And the price when the job was completed was exactly as they had bid, with no extra or hidden added charges. Overall outstanding service!

I have worked with MAX Plumbing several times now and have not been disappointed! They are very prompt with scheduling and the quality of work is always top notch which is hard to find these days. Justin and his crew also have great troubleshooting skills and know how to think outside of the box to provide solutions. I will continue to use them when I need help!

Max Plumbing came on Friday evening at 900 to help us out which was nice. We needed to get our filtration system looked. They helped us find an option that was better suited for our finances.

Great people! Ainsley and Justin were great to work with! Justin took on an emergency service call for me last night and arrived in a very timely manner, kept me updated and informed. Ainsley provided the same level service the next day with transparent recommendations and information. Highly recommend.

Justin responded quickly when a leak was discovered under our kitchen sink. He located the problem, offered options for repair, and was back first thing the next morning with the needed supplies to resolve the problem. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and left the workspace in a neat condition.

Justin was very prompt, professional, and reasonable. We needed a plumber on short notice, and he was able to respond the same day. He analyzed the problem(s), called me back and clearly explained my choices, and proceeded to do the job(s) as I requested. He was even willing to restructure the bill slightly to accurately reflect the cost of each component, so I could go back against the previous plumber who didn't do the job right.

Purchased a home in Winston Salem 3 weeks ago and the previous owner never kept up with plumbing maintenance so Justin has been out 3xs in 3 weeks. Sewer pipe needed to be replaced it was the old metal pipe, rotten and taped. The toilet was then replaced, and the next time replaced bathroom sink plumbing and outside spigot. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a plumber. Justin did a Great job, has competitive prices and his work speaks for itself.

Justin did an excellent job. Came on a Saturday morning and repaired a leaky faucet in bathtub and replaced drains under kitchen sink. We only thought one drain needed replacing but he recommended replacing both. Very reasonable and professional.

Justin helped me troubleshoot a potential leak for an insurance claim recently, but he has been taking care of our home's plumbing needs for the past 2.5 years. He first worked on a complicated gas line for our upgrade to a tankless water heater (after a novice plumber from a different company left me behind with a terrible installation and little confidence in a remedy). Justin went above and beyond with his work to ensure we were satisfied. He even painted an exterior gas line to blend in with the brick of our home. He never said a negative thing about anyone. He just listened to my concerns and focused on working out a solution. He has been our plumber of choice ever since. He is a plumber's plumber. His colleagues recommend him without hesitation, and I do, as well. He is experienced, detail-oriented, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. His work is meticulous and he will leave the work area better than he found it. For a plumber who listens calmly to identify issues clearly, and who will give you peace of mind about the work he completes, look no further. Don't be fooled by the current lack of reviews. Max Plumbing is his new company, but he has been in the business for a long time. I rarely write reviews, but I'm thrilled to recommend this business.

I was referred to Justin on Monday morning. By Monday evening I had an estimate and a time set for the work. He kept me informed and was here right on time. He was very professional and courteous. He did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend him and his company. We are already working on a second project with him. His prices are very good.

Justin, with Max Plumbing, was extremely helpful in giving us, not only multiple options for the replacement of our water heater, but all the extra info we required to help us make a final determination with regard to what water heater would be best for our needs. Once the decision was made, the appointment was scheduled quickly and the job was accomplished in a timely manner. Justin made necessary repairs to the main pressure valve on the house, and had the cold water back on as quickly as possible (which was greatly appreciated since I was babysitting several grandchildren that day) while he finished up with the installation of the water heater. We had contacted several plumbers to get quotes and info when we knew the water heater would need to be replaced, and I'm glad I chose Max Plumbing to do the work.

Justin did an amazing job fixing my hot water heater as well as the shut off valves for my sinks and toilets. Very professional and knowledgeable. Well equipped and the service from the time of booking the appointment to the end of the service call was amazing! Would highly recommend and will call again if ever needed!
