Had an emergency AC outage (aren't they all?). Called Mac's in the morning after trying numerous other Tidewater companies with no luck; within hours John had the unit repaired and cooling. Amazingly fast and professional. call them for your next service!

I had some issues with my HVAC unit working properly. Mac's was able to come out quickly and repair my unit with no issues. Very responsive and communicative. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.
