I would recommend Pilot to anyone for various reasons. First, their pricing beats anyone in the area, they are reliable, responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. I’ve had issues with my furnace and they fixed it in a timely manner and beat all competitors pricing and also had an issue with my AC compressor and they went the extra mile to find the part that was needed while I was in vaca, picked it up in Greensboro and came out and fixed it the very next day. I have a lot of trust and faith in Bruce’s workmanship, you can tell he knows what he is doing and the entire team is friendly and professional. We are going to move our maintenance program to Pilot because they have gained our loyalty. We are so grateful for their care and consideration taken with our system. You guys are the best in the business!

I would highly recommend Pilot Air for any of your service needs! John went to extra lengths to make sure we were taken care of. He had me, the customer in mind when quoting us a unit. I really appreciate that he didn't want to talk budget until time to talk quotes and pricing. This allowed him to build proper quotes without blowing the budget on purpose. He fixed my unit and plugged the thermostat back in that a previous company had unplugged intentionally trying to make a sale. He informed me that we now had emergency heat and it would be expensive to run but we needed it, knowing my house was 53 degrees. I cannot thank you enough for sending such a competent and caring person to our home.

After years of working on the old unit. It finally gave out. My dad has had a stroke And the house was 83 to 86 Inside. I went down and paid for a new unit. I was thinking it would be 4 or 5 days for them to come out. They knew my situation And made sure they put it in the same day. So that really means a lot.

Pilot Air went above and beyond repairing my AC unit! They gave excellent service and were very knowlegable about my issue. I will continue to be a customer for life!
