Had a problem with my heat pump. Mike came out diagnosed my problem, had me up and running in 20 minutes.he was very courtious and professional.I will be using him for my new hvac tech and would recommend him to everyone I know.

Mike is the absolute best! My wife was hosting a party when our AC went out and it was 95 degrees outside. He was over in no time and fixed it quickly, on a Sunday afternoon! Anyone living in Rowan County or surrounding areas should call Air Pro first!

Mike was able to diagnose and fix my heating issue within an hour of his arrival. He should up exactly when he said he would and even was able to save me some money. I definitely recommend.

Great to work with. Air Pro replaced/upgraded our downstairs HVAC from electric to gas about a year ago. Mike and the Air Pro have been great to work with. They are my go to on any HVAC questions and solutions.

Awesome service! No bull or sales pitch. Repaired Heat pump and eventually installed a new system...old one was done. Very good price and fair, very knowledgeable, very personable. Mike is a great guy who knows his stuff and wants to do a good job and makes sure it's right. Highly recommend.

Ohh my goodness!! They are the most HONEST AND WONDERFUL company i have ever dealt with!! I had several companies come out to my house and they lied to me about pricing and what have you! One company tried to tell me i had a carbon monoxide leak and if i didn’t purchase a new unit we wouldn’t be able to live in the house! I was scared out of my mind because we had a newborn i called this place and they came by fixed what was going on and said that the previous people lied to me! I was so grateful that i don’t have to purchase a brand new unit! They saved us so much money! They then when our unit finally crashed they got us a new one within a day! Their staff was wonderful and HONEST! It’s so hard to find honest good people! We recently paid the unit off and could not have been happier with the new service! They are the best people out there! I will never go to anyone else! God bless you all for the wonderful work you do!!!!!

Great company to work with. Installed a new system in our home and it was worth it. They will listen to you and clean up behind themselves. If you need a great company these are the ones. It’s hard to find anyone who will listen and work nowadays. Trust me you want regret it. I did hvac for over 40 yrs. And they did an excellent job !!!!!

Michael and his team always does a great job! Fixed an issue we had in our upstairs unit for over 6 years and just installed our new downstairs unit! Always honest and upfront!

One of the few business left that puts their customer first. I had a 2 year old unit that had a severe leak. The company that installed it originally sent out a tech to take a look and said he would have to send out someone else with a leak detector for a price of $400. They couldn't make it out for weeks. Was recommended to Mike and within 2 minutes of arrival he found the problem and was able to warranty out the unit.
