This Is a business that doesn't want work or Will only work for rich individuals. I just wanted an estimate of their work can't get it unless I pay in advance doesn't seem like someone who wants new business. I guess middle class people don't need their service I'm sure I'll find someone who wants to work

High prices and poor quality plants. Every plant this company installed is doing poorly. They promise more than they deliver. Every time I look at the beds in front of my house I am disappointed. I really regret going with this company, knowing now that I could have had bigger, better plants than those they installed.

I needed my irrigation system updated and Wilson's came to the rescue The 2 gentlmen they sent to do the work were on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the process. I reccomend Wilson's Natural Landscaping for any landscaping project

They are very nice people. They have some minor scheduling issues from time to time but I think thats all small businesses. They are very knowledgable. I had some trees that died and I was outside my warranty period for them, and they were nice enough to replace the trees and only charge me the labor.

Update Interesting & ironic Wilson's took only hours to respond to my post here on the lack of response to multiple phone messages and email. My comment had nothing to do with the work they do just the lack of response before even being a customer and the communication in advance of knowing that they charge for their quotes. Took many days to respond after multiple messages. Lady was nice, apologetic. They are busy, first quotation appointment 1.5 months out and wanted $125 for quote visit, credited if you go with them. That's a first! Proof they are busy, smart for them filters out tire kickers. Just wish they would have put that on their website or on their answering machine so I didn't waste my time waiting and kept calling them back. Too many good landscape companies out there to wait to pay to do business with them.

At no time were we disappointed. - All calls and emails were answered timely and professionally. - Our HOA required the Wilson’s team to jump through several hoops. With each request, they were happy to assist and accommodate as needed. - Appointments were kept and timely - The crew was hard working, polite, professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day - The work was completed timely and meticulously - All questions were answered quickly - We made changes at the end of the project which were cared for with ease - The crew accidentally cracked an irrigation pipe while working and quickly fixed the issue Thank you Wilson’s team for a job well done!

From the moment we met Chad, we knew he understood what we wanted. Dan and I know nothing about landscaping, but Chad seemed to interpret our thoughts into an actual landscape plan. . We put our trust in Chad, his landscape plan, his ability to accomplish what he presented. When the crew showed up they were so professional and polite. They worked so hard! Elaine and Mary Anne (in the office) couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to work with and talk to. If you are hesitating hiring Wilson Natural Landscaping don’t - they are the best!
