Wow a big 10 out of 10!! The very best HVAC experience I’ve ever had. Super responsive, knowledgable, trustworthy. Quickly addressed an ongoing problem that had been unresolved by other HVAC companies. Highly recommended! 5 stars for sure.

As always, great service. Taylor texted me an estimated time early in the day and then ten minute out. Very pleasant and professional.

We had an A+ experience with Jay’s. We previously used Michael & Son for our maintenance and repairs, but after a routine check last week, they missed a pretty glaring issue with the A/C unit. We called Jay’s and they immediately sent a tech to diagnose the issue. Over the next few days they promptly got us on the schedule (without even needing to call!) and got the issue resolved, for a bit less than Michael & Son would’ve charged. Jay’s provides prompt and honest service. They will definitely be our go-to for HVAC.

Jason (owner) came out to do a stage one mechanical inspection for a home under contract. He was very professional and checked all the items that the home inspector prior recommended to be checked by a licenced hvac company. I was very pleased and he recommended items that he could foresee being an issue based on the unit in home. I would definitely recommend this company for hvac services.

Top-notch service! I have only had excellent experience anytime I have an issue. These guys are on top of their game. I have referred several other people In the neighborhood as well and they are delighted. Recently had an a fan go out in the blower and it was hot. I'm sure like every customer, there's a great sense of urgency. Some companies take this to heart and some do not. When it is 95° F and 75% humidity, one will sell organs to get air conditioning back. Fortunately, I have not had the resort to this because Jay and his crew. A++

These guys really came through for me. I woke up to my furnace blowing room-temperature air on a Sunday, and they had it fixed before noon on Monday. Jay was kind enough to call and text me back on Sunday, going as far as to offer free advice for getting it working. The technician, Nic Cannon was completely patient, letting both myself and my 5yo sit alongside him in the attic while he walked us through his diagnostics. I had no doubts when he arrived at it being a bad gas valve - he'd make for a great teacher. He replaced it what felt like no time at all; I think the entire visit took an hour.

10/10, and now I've got a go-to HVAC recommendation.

Jason (owner) came by on Saturday outside of normal business hours to repair my furnace in advance of below freezing overnight temperatures. He was friendly, efficient, solved the immediate problem and promised to return if needed. I have had no further trouble and will be pleased to be a continuing customer.

Nick was great, love the way he explained everything that he was doing and why and he did a very thorough job with the maintenance requirements. This is so important in order to keep your system working properly. The company was very accommodating on scheduling as well as I was a little late on my summer maintenance and they still came right out. Highly recommend!

Jason and Aleks were extremely helpful and informative prior to the installation. Dowdy, William and the third guy whose name I didn't get, did a very good job on the install. Dowda went above and beyond, thank you all and have a blessed Christmas.

Your representative was extremely knowledgeable and honest ... exactly what we've been looking for in our future HVAC company. Your price quotes were great compared to those of the competition. We actually look forward to doing business with Jay's Heating and Cooling after having had years of questionable service from a large HVAC company.

We called Jay’s Heating and Cooling “in protest” of the increasing price gouging of our previous HVAC service. We had just installed a brand new gas package for our lower level, and asked Taylor from Jay’s to do an autumn check/up for that as well as for our split system on the upper level. Taylor was friendly and provided terrific advice for our DIY care of both systems between his professional tune-ups. Then Taylor absolutely refused to bill us for servicing the new gas pac, since it was brand new—even though he did the routine inspection and operating test! Fabulous, HONEST service from Jay’s!

These guys are standup guys. Honest and not out to rip people off. So, we had ARS come out to do a service and they say we needed to have 2 motors replaced in a 41/2 year old HVAC.
And to have an air scrubber unit installed because of bacteria. Taylor from Jay's Heating and Cooling came for a second opinion we wanted to have done. Taylor said one of the motors needed to be replaced not 2. As for the bacteria, it was dust. So, ARS wanted to charge $4600.00 dollars for all that. Jay's Heating and Cooling....$478.00 for one motor including labor. And no nonsense bacteria air scrubber unit. These guys sleep good at night!!!!

Dave showed up early. He is very proficient isolating the fault in minutes. Not having the part on his truck he went and purchased it and was back in about 30 minutes. He checked all functionality to include system charge and was done in just under 2 hours. I have added this company to my preferred providers list.

Received quotes from three family-owned HVAC companies when we needed a new system. Jay’s sent a competitive proposal quickly and answered all of my questions. Their crews were very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

The crew was very pleasant and seemed most competent. They completed the job in approximately 5 hours even though they were interrupted by a snake which I had a professional removed. Additionally, my son in law was extremely impressed that a reasonable quote for a/c - gas pack and duct replacement was very competitive. I highly recommend your company! Consider me a very satisfied customer!

Jay’s is a great company. I’ve been using them at two different homes over the last several years. Always quick to reply and great with communication on both repairs and replacements. Highly recommend working with them.
