The building process went smoothly, and their team was professional, responsive, and great to work with from start to finish. We are the Jordan’s of Lake Royale. . We chose On Point Construction to build our waterfront home utilizing a bank construction building loan. In the final stages, the bank informed us to maintain our promissory loan interest rate, we had two weeks to complete. Imagine our appreciation! Scott King organized the subs, incredible effort to achieve completion, inspections and CO. Yes, we just converted successfully to a mortgage at 2.99%. Thank you everyone!

When we started our renovation research, we knew we wanted a local builder with local vendors and subs so we could be sure to put money back into our local community (Wendell and surrounding areas).

On Point Construction was fantastic during the whole renovation process. Our project wasn't an easy one to begin with (adding 1500sqft to a 2200sqft 1980s farm house), then add in a pandemic and the fact our whole family (4 kids!) had to live in the house during the renovation.

Mr Scott listened to our desires on the design and layout of the house. What I really appreciated was he supplied his thoughts and directions as if this was his own house. Very refreshing to see from a builder.

When it came to the interior design and layout, Mrs. Fallen was a dream! I don't necessarily have an eye for design, but I had an idea of what I wanted. Mrs Fallen was able to translate my wants into real products and designs. It was like being on an HGTV show! Again, she treated our house as if it was her own, and that personal touch is something you just don't see every day.

The project did take longer than anticipated but not at the fault of On Point Construction. Thankfully they helped us to stay on budget and still get the house of our dreams.

I can't recommend their services enough! If you're looking for a local builder with local subs, On Point Construction is the builder for you.

An absolute joy working with the amazing husband and wife team! They accomplished way more than I ever expected in 4 short months and now we have the most beautiful forever home!! Fallen was great with all the little details and helping me pick out all the things that would flow and when something was done different than we wanted Scott made sure it was changed to exactly what we had asked for! Not to mention our perfect gift basket & card we received upon moving in.

On Point Construction built our home. The colors they chose for all the rooms were just what I would have picked. I think the fixtures are of high quality and add to the decor of the home. We've had so many compliments on our home. The square footage is not that large. It's amazing how the layout allowed for a large bedroom closet, a huge bathroom with double sinks, separate laundry room and large living room area. The hummingbirds keep me entertained on the back deck. I love the location. We were so lucky to have great friendly neighbors. This is truely our forever home. Thank you Scott

Building a custom home is not for the faint of heart so hiring a good builder is imperative. We selected On Point Construction to build our dream home that we had waited years to build. They were professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the building process. Scott and Fallen are two honest and hard working individuals that make a great team. They build beautiful homes!

From start to finish we loved working with On Point to create our custom home. Scott and Fallen helped simplify the design process with a suggested architect and vendors to help make our house a home. We had heard nightmare stories about building but they made the process a joy! We would recommend them whole heartedly.

From an empty lot to a finished home, Scott and Fallen were fantastic. They guided us through the custom fixture, floor, tile, and paint selection process. Each phase of the build was communicated perfectly. Any questions I had were immediately answered. I thought matching the quality and finishes of our last custom home would be impossible, Scott and Fallen met and exceeded.
