Our air conditioning stopped working on 7/20/2025 (Sunday)and I placed a call to All Phase the next morning, who were able to come late that afternoon.

Luis arrived on time and I could immediately tell he was very customer oriented and personable. I was his last stop of the day, but he let me walk him through what I had tried and then he got to work.

After the standard checks, he determined the cause was a clogged drain line. He asked if I wanted to see and explained how the safety switches work in conjunction with the thermostat and outside unit. Keep in mind, I’m his last stop - he could just fix the issue and go home.

After showing me how the installed drain lines had theee 90 degree elbows and explaining what the proper run for the line would be, he gave me 2 options - he could clear the line in a few minutes and he finished OR he could rerun the line the proper way which would take longer.

We opted for the right way and were able to examine the old lines (filled with rust from the unit that was replaced by previous owners [same lines, new unit]).

I couldn’t admire Luis’ work ethic and genuine concern with leaving things working the right way any more.

Everything is working perfectly and we will be working with All Phase in the future.

All-Phase came highly recommended to us and has so far not disappointed! Luis Colon came to our home and couldn’t have been more courteous, informative, and professional. Will definitely ask for him again!

I work a stay-at-home nerd job, so I know tech stress—and let’s just say, I was sweating more than my router during a firmware update. But Luis handled it like a pro. Honestly, I doubt you’ll find better service in terms of quality or experience.

We recently had a cassette system placed in our basement garage, as we are splitting the space to create a game room in our house. We had a consultation with Brad who came out to look at the space and discuss options. Our proposal prices were very fair and affordable and we ultimately chose the cassette for our needs. The crew came out and were hard at work for much of the day putting in and testing our new system. We genuinely could not be happier with it, and appreciate the diligence and attention to detail by this crew. Highly recommend.

Michael was great , communication ahead of time , on time , cleaned up when finished, and an overall professional. Highly recommend Allphase. I had another company service my units for years but after a private equity buyout it greatly degraded customer service and pushed non value sales. Entire Allphase team I interacted with this time (Tina, Evan, Michael) are great to work with, take time to explain any question , and bring back the kind of local recommendations and customer service I can highly recommend.

Luis came out for a check-up on our HVAC system - he was great! Very thorough, changed the filter, gave me some good advice, even cleaned the heat pump cover! I would recommend him and All-Phase without hesitation - and have on several occasions!

My AC kept freezing up and due to the age of the unit, a total replacement was recommended. All Phase was very accommodating with my schedule and staff were pleasant to work with. Response time was very quick when I had questions/concerns!

All Phase Heating and Cooling is the one who provided us with the product of the best brand name and the most reasonable price among the five companies! From very beginning of my first call to the end of the project, all people in the company I contacted to were so friendly and professional. Especially, their men Alan Breacht, Jay Perkins, and Chris Papazis are the best I have ever seen in the field. They are extremely knowledgeable and skillful! They worked from 8:30 morning until around 7:00 evening and brought us a beautiful, quiet running, very efficient HVAC system! We are so grateful to the company and strongly recommend the company to anyone who need the HVAC services.
