I want to say thank you. This company came over when my breaker box started to short out and was shooting sparks. I went without power for good two or three hours and when I called them they came and fixed it in seconds. If it wasn't for this company coming out on a Saturday before the cold weather came the following morning I wouldn't have had heat or electricity for my children. I honestly believe this company is amazing. When you need help with anything electrical definitely call this company.

I've had you guys come out several times to fix what the local " Handyman" had done which was atrocious and dangerous electrical work being botched. Not only did you fix all the previous dangers and radically done wires but installed outlets, light fixtures, cable and much more. I truly appreciate the friendliness and comical conversations 😄 you guys are certainly our go to for any electrical needs, and we will be back. Thank you!

Doesn't show up. Then claims never on the schedule in the first place.

Runs up bar tabs and then tries to fight the bartender when they refuse to pay their tab.

As a long time customer with Shipley Electric I was shocked to be treated so poorly. Apparently customer service and customer respect are no longer part of the Shipley Electric business model. I was spoken to as though I was someone who does not pay my bills, that I was a waist of time to even get me an estimate, and when I was given an outrageous estimate and asked for the estimate to be justified I was given attitude and told that they have farmers who pay them whatever they bid. ?? I was able to get the job done for 17% of what Shipley Electric quoted me. !!!!!
I used to refer anyone who needed electrical work done to Shipley Electric... I will no longer be sending Shipley Electric any business and would recommend anyone who needs electrical done to look elsewhere, before subjecting yourself to this business.

Had these guys do work for us in the past with no issues. Called them in middle July for a simple job. Was told they were 6 weeks out and would put us on schedule. 6 weeks later a guy shows up and looks at our panel and then leaves. We thought he went to get supplies but they never showed back up or called us. So after a few weeks of not hearing anything I figured I'd get another company to do the job. Almost 5 months later they randomly show up to do the job with out a phone call or talking to me or my girlfriend and when I told the guy that its been like 6 months since we called them he half way got a attitude with me. So I told them I have some body else lined up for it. I choose to not deal with companies that lack professional ism
