Unique recently installed a new hot water tank for us. We can't say enough positive comments about this company Reliable, fair pricing and wonderful customer service. They called us about 30 minutes before arriving, had vast knowledge of the unit we chose and even cleaned up afterwards (loved the shoe booties-very respectful). Greg and Rob did a fantastic job! Unique is now the only plumbing company we will ever use again.....thank you!

Greg was professional and friendly in his manner. He gave me advice as to the best way to solve my issues. Work was clean and am happy with his quality of work. I plan to use him again.

They were here within 30 minutes and had my toilet up and running in about the same time. Excellent service they are always the first plumber I call when something goes wrong wrong.

As always we received a quick response to our call. Everything was fixed quickly and working perfectly.

We have had the guys out for several jobs around our 100 year old home for many years now. From the water heater to the updating of the bathroom fixtures and kitchen faucet. Most recently we had a pump in the basement installed to bring our laundry drainage up to code. The plumbing inspector even remarked what a nice job they had done!

(Side note, work is under Remick- married name) Robb with Unique was excellent!!! We had a shower issue that couldn’t be fixed during the initial visit, but he came out right when he said he would to do the full repair and was so kind, helpful, and efficient! Highly recommend Greg, Rob and team. I had a kitchen water link and had to have all bottom cabinets removed due to the water. After 2 failed attempts with other plumbers and being told my entire house needs replumbed, Greg came and looked at the issue. The next day he and Rob had the dug up, Found the leak and repaired and put them back under the grounds correctly and replaced the concrete. They are so professional and trustworthy. Made sure I understand the and the fix. They are very dependable and highly recommend! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs

Woke up to my water heater gushing water out of the bottom. Called at 9 am Greg and Rob were at my house with in an hour! Their service is amazing and they are quick and efficient. Greg and Rob are hands down the best people to work with. I will never go with another company ever! Do yourselves a favor call them first they will not let you down!

The service was excellent and the drains have never worked better. I give Unique Plumbing a "Job Well Done!"

Greg and Rob did a timely , high quality, and very efficient installation of my water heater.
They worked with my schedule and cleaned up after their work . They also wore booties and used paper to avoid dirtying any rugs or flooring. Costs were within my budget. Thanks again.

I have been working with Unique Plumbing for over 17 years. My last review was 2 years ago and that was because when Unique Plumbing fixes something, it stays fixed.
My home is 100 years old and over the years they have repaired and replaced the old pipes in the house. During this visit Greg extended an outdoor spigot, so it is easier to reach, and he unplugged a bathroom sink. As expected, Greg did a great job.
Unique Plumbing has no hidden fees. They honor their estimates and do not tack on service call fees in addition to already agreed upon prices,
I would highly recommend Unique plumbing for any plumbing job. I am grateful for their experience, respectful attitudes, and professionalism.

2023 Review---
I have been working with Unique Plumbing for over 15 years. They have taken care of all of my plumbing needs. We discovered that I needed to replace all of the sewer pipes in my basement. The job Greg and Rob performed was excellent and professional.
My home is 100 years old and so were the pipes. 100 years of service was enough for them, and they broke in several places causing an unpleasant situation in the basement. My home has a concrete basement floor with clay soil underneath. What a nightmare! Clay and concrete dust can cause quite a filthy mess.
I decided to give Unique plumbing my house keys and I went on vacation! I trusted Greg and Rob completely and when I returned, the job was successfully completed. They were “above and beyond” mindful of the clay and concrete dust issue. Looking at my basement now, you would never know how immense a job it was removing the old debris and installing new pipes. They sent me pictures while I was on vacation, and I was so glad I was not there listening to the jack hammer and seeing all the mess.
I would recommend Unique plumbing for any plumbing job. I am grateful for their experience, respectful attitudes, and professionalism.

Unique Plumbing was very responsive and came to unclog my kitchen sink in a timely manner. The plumber was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even gave advice to mitigate further clogs. Overall a quick and easy resolution.

If I could give these guys 20 stars I would!!!! Great pair of guys, very knowledgeable and well experienced!! I will recommend your company to everyone I know!!! Well done!!!!

We had an urgent plumbing leak that Greg responded to with same-day service. He also took care of other plumbing updates. All of this was done very professionally, cleanly & efficiently with very fair prices. Greg provided excellent consultative advice on what we should/should not do.
