Daniel was on time and very courteous. Explained what was going on and worked to solve the problem. When he didn't have the tool needed to complete the job he contacted a co worker who brought him what he needed and got the job done.

My basement was taking in water. My sump pump was not pumping strong enough to pump up from the basement. My basement is finished and decorated . I called PEP and Gary Mills was here in a short time, He Replaced my sump pump with a new one, sured up the pipe going up and out and was on his way in no time. I really appreciate PEP and have used them several times.

Called with a backed up kitchen drain on a Sunday. Texted to tell me they were currently closed but would call first thing in the morning. They did and were able to come out early that day. Found that the clog was far from the sink and had to go in from the other end of the pipe. Keith found a horrible mess, that was not pretty at all, and advised how to fix the problem. Drain clear and working! While on premises I asked if they could give an estimate for a damaged gas line and they were able to. Current problem solved and getting ready to solve the next with them! Excellent service and my new go-to plumber!

Moen Shower Valve Replacement. Exceptional service - expedient response time, repairman was considerate, professional, provided expert installation, and efficiently completed the part replacement in time - given a short window of availability to replace. TOTALLY SATISFIED, will definitely use Peps again and will highly recommend to all family and friends.

I was having issues with my toilet and was looking for a local independent plumbing company. I chose PEPS service and they were outstanding. Paul Danto was great. He gave me a quote, had all the parts on hand and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. After having problems with our well Daniel checked on a few things diagnosed the problem and were here the next day. They worked out in 18 degree weather all day to make sure we would have water. Cant say enough good things about PEP’S. Highly recommended

PEPS Plumbing was able to come and replace a faucet and took care of a slow draining shower. The issue was the pipes were decaying. They were 45 years old. Daniel and his assistant replaced the pipes. Very professional and pleasant. Very happy with the outcome!

Of course, the plumbing on my kitchen sink decided to fall apart on Father's day weekend. Peps Plumbing responded promptly and got us scheduled first thing Monday morning. Keith showed up right on time and did a fantastic job! He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and worked efficiently.
