Excellent service! I have worked in the HVAC/Refrigeration service for 42 years. Valley Commercial Service was dispatched from our Tels system with Direct Supply. Sometimes I'm spread pretty thin and need to contract service to make repairs. I explained to the tech what I needed done and he made the repairs professionally and solved another issue with the door closer on the walk in freezer.
The price was about where I figured and it's working properly as it should. Thanks for the great service!

This company is a awesome. They always come through for you, no matter the day and time. Tom, the new service manager, is awesome and knows how to get the job done. They get there people in and get the job done. Highly recommend. As the owner of two restaurants, I use them religiously.

Great service company with dedicated professionals as service techs. Always fair and quick to find solutions. We have used them at Fireside Pizza, to service multiple pieces of equipment, expand our capabilities, as well as for routine maintenance like the cleaning our ice machine. I am the owner of a small restaurant near downtown Cincinnati. We have been using Valley as our primary service provider for about three years and I'm thrilled with the service and the value they provide. I CONSISTENTLY recommend them to my friends and commercial partners - they are in the front of the line for all service and repair work around our building, and they will remain there because I have no doubt they're going to keep providing us with excellent service.

Terry was great! He arrived early in the day, and was very efficient. We like that he had the intuition to consult the manufacturer of our walk-in freezer unit while performing the repairs, which got things fixed very fast. This gentleman got our unit up and running again shortly after opening time, which is far sooner than we had hoped. This man was a godsend. We highly recommend this company and in particular this technician to anyone with any similar issues.

I have used Valley for routine maintenance and emergency repairs. They are always professional and timely. Terry came out today for an issue with our ice maker. He had to go get a new part but still had it working quickly!

Valley just completed our installation of all our walkin refrigeration/freezer and ice machines. The team showed up when they said, finished the job on time and on budget. The installers were professionals and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to anyone. We had used other companies in the past that did not meet our expectations. Valley exceeded all of our expectations. 5 walk-ins 4 are coolers and one is a freezer. They mounted the compressors on the roof. Great experience.

Corey came out to perform maintenance on our refrigeration equipment. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything well and also provided future maintenance checks. I would highly recommend Valley Commercial Service for your refrigeration needs.

Sick

These guys showed up when others would not. Technician was a good guy, but was not fully knowledgeable. Second tech had to finish the job due to first tech not understanding variations in electrical wiring. Overran estimate by $150 however, unit runs great and works fine. Hard to get competent help in the refrigeration department these days. These guys were a good value all things considered!

Poor service and customer service- do not recommend!
